Well, third times, the charm, or is it 3 strikes you're out for this restaurant? We have been here 3 times in the last month. On every occasion, the service was the worst I've had anywhere, but we decided to give them one last chance. We were the first table seated today around 11:30. The owner/ manager sat us at a booth and went to get our drinks. He proceeded to seat 3 more tables that came in over the next 10 minutes. The waitress literally walked right past us and took the food order of the last table to sit down. She walked past us again with absolutely no acknowledgment on her part. Our menus at this point had been closed for 10 minutes. 5 minutes later, she brought that table their soups. She then proceeded to walk past us again to the table across from us. They were just looking at their menus. She asked if they were ready to order, but they said they needed a few more minutes. She then walked past us again without a glance our way. At this point, the manager/owner was still standing in the dining room, two tables away from us talking to the table whose order she had just taken. Since the manager sat us and brought our drinks, he clearly knew when we got there and that we were yet to have been greeted or our order had been taken, yet he did nothing about it. After 5 more minutes without service or any type of acknowledgment, we did get up and leave. I did tell the manager why we were leaving, and we will NEVER go back. The food is mediocre at best. Add in the HORRIBLE service, and it's just a losing combination. The last time we went, they sat us in the bar area, and we NEVER saw a waitress. Im not kidding. How in the world does this place stay open? Don't bother trying this place because it will be a waste of your time. .

Food was pretty decent. Burgers were quite thin but weren't bad. Fries were amazing. Service was pretty good, I did see a table leave because of how long they were waiting before being greeted but our server was nice. It did feel like I walked into a Time Machine going back to 2008 as the chairs had wheels on them and looked like they came from my grandmas house. For myself and my boyfriend it was $27, we both got burgers. All in all I'd say it was pretty decent.

Their gyro was so good and the service was very friendly :) if I ever make my way to Wisconsin again, I would definitely eat there.

It's decent. The space is huge and part of it feels like a banquet hall while part of it feels like a restaurant and a third part feels like a bar. People were seated throughout so I guess there's not a real spatial designation. It wasn't terribly busy when we stopped in, but the waitresses were all acting like they were swamped so maybe we missed a large party or group. There was also some employee drama going on that was a bit of a distraction as one woman kept saying "You go back there with me to talk to her because I'm done," and other phrases of the type.We sat at the bar. The service was good. I had one of the specials of the day, tenderloin tips over mashed potatoes for $9.99. It wasn't bad. The potatoes were bland but the meat was tender and the sauce with mushrooms was good. My husband had the cheeseburger and it looked really tasty, with a nice bun to burger ratio, plenty of cheese, and thick cut tomatoes on it. The seasoned fries were nice. The beers on tap were mostly regional. I think Stella was the most "out there" and it's not that out there at all, but the majority of the beers were Leinenkugel. I'm not a huge fan of Leinenkugel beers, but the Creamy Dark on tap really hit the spot.

"Our waitress volunteered her political views without any prompting from us. The irony is we were trying to escape politics for a few hours and simply have a meal out. Definitely left a bad taste in our mouths and we won't be back."

After being refused service the previous reviewed restaurants within 15 miles we tried this and they had no problem with my brothers service animal. And the service was pleasant and quick. The food was absolutely fantastic. It's a beautiful restaurant with a log cabin look. Very classy. Will definitely stop there again if in the area.

Totally decent food and service. Stopped here for a quick meal while in town for a few days and they had lots of options with big portions.

My hubby son and I stopped in on a whim, we were greeted by Robin who took our orders and served us for most of our time there. When my hubby got his meal he did not like the taste as he was expecting the creamy marinara ravioli, to in fact be that a marinara ravioli. However, it looked to be a vodka sauce that tasted very different. When he asked Robin about this, she said if you look at the menu, it tells you what it is. She said that we should have known when it said creamy that that meant vodka sauce. When he requested a burger in place of she was very short and rude. She then had another waitress bring out the burger and help us until we were done with our meal. When we asked her, if there would be some form of compensation due to the miscommunication about the food, she said that was not some thing that they do, and was very short with us. She reluctantly proceeded to discount our meal. I was very disappointed.
