Every year for GaryCon (and this year Founders and Legends) we eat here and are always impressed. They were flexible with our reservation that inevitably grew larger as more hungry friends show up! The wine selection is very good and do they also have Stella beer (one of my favorites) wonderful friendly service! We had two people in our party who had to eat and run quick and they were able to get their main order in fast even while the rest of us had appetizers and a longer drawn out meal My mother grew up in Roma, Italy so I know good Italian fare and this place is very good! But they ALSO have good steaks! Upon making our reservation they immediately asked us about any allergies which was very nice as my girlfriend is allergic to Gluten! (They kindly adjusted her food and brought gluten free crackers for her)

I've dined at Brissago quite a few times over the years and it was always been excellent in the past. Things seem to have gone downhill, unfortunately. Last night, I dined here and it was all terrible. I ordered the Maiale Passata pasta dish. When it came out, the flavor was ok but the dish itself was lukewarm. After a few bites, I asked our server to take it back to the kitchen to be warmed up. He brought it back a few minutes later and it was still the exact same temperature, which by this time, was cold. At this point, the whole dish was so unappetizing that I asked them to just take it back. (I never send things back). My boyfriend ordered the Agnoletti Di Granchio. It is one of the most visually unappetizing dishes I've ever seen. He thought it was ok but I didn't like the flavor at all. Every time I've come in the past, I've ordered grasshoppers for dessert. So naturally, we ordered one after our meal. The bartender brought a martini that had the flavor profile that is similar to a grasshopper but in no way was the ice cream drink we've always had in the past. We were told they can't make that drink, which was again disappointing. The manager did take our dishes off the bill, which was fine I guess. We ended up going to our room and door dashing... Taco Bell because that is all that was open. I'm not sure I will be back here. They need to get their operation together.

This place needs to get shut down! I paid over $400 for my family for the Easter Sunday Buffet after church. This was by far the worst meal I've ever had. The food was cold and not properly prepared, options were limited, and bugs were crawling around in the greens! DISGUSTING!!

Hubby and I enjoyed our dinner here! Calamari Fritti & Vongole e Nduja are both yummy appetizers! Love the very flavorful sauce in Vongole e Nduja. Hubby said the restaurant has some of the best complimentary bread that he has ever had! For the entrées, we got Mushroom Tortelli and Maiale Passata. Love the Wild Mushroom-Pecorino Romano Tortelli w extra wild mushroom and pine nuts on top! The Maiale Passata looks like it has more meat than pasta! The braised pork shoulder in Maiale Passata is very juicy and tastes great w the tomato cream sauce. Service was great! Kitchen can serve food slower when the restaurant gets busy.

We went there with my mom who is fighting two cancers and asked for vegetables soup with gluten free pasta as they offered gluten free pasta options. They said I couldn't do that so I asked for a vegetable soup that was basically a coup of water mixed with tomato juice. Horrible taste. When I asked for the manager she refused to talk to me. Horrible food, even worst CS. For the first time ever I will dispute a charge with my bank.

Super impressed with the food, atmosphere, and service offered by Ristorante Brissago! From the moment we stepped foot into the restaurant it was a wonderful experience . The table was set up so well and our server was absolutely amazing and patiently explained all the items on the menu. Reservations are highly recommended. Located inside the Grand Geneva resort, this is a popular dining spot. The food and presentation was a 10/10! You cannot leave this place without trying the bruschetta and burrata with heirloom tomatoes. They were both fresh and refreshing. The main course was equally appetizing, scallops and halibut was cooked to perfection. Overall had a great dining experience! Highly recommend!!

Our group had a wonderful time! We called last minute to move our reservation from a party of 6 to 7 and Brissago accommodated us with ease--thank you! Our waitress Sabrina was delightful and gave us a detailed overview of the menu.We ordered multiple appetizers but the star of the show was the burrata! Served over fresh heirloom tomatoes, we could have feasted on that all night and been happy! All of the pastas ordered were cooked to perfection. The wine list was impressive and we went through several bottles that evening.Overall impressed with the food, atmosphere and service. Well done!

Brissago is my favorite restaurant in Lake Geneva! I have dined here a few times and every experience has been fantastic. My favorite menu items have been the calamari, the pizza, the pork chop, and the Truffle Sacchetti pasta (this dish is incredible) but really they are all really tasty (and pretty too!). Service has been spot on and just the right amount attention is given to our table.

Just finished Easter brunch this afternoon at the Ristorante Brissago, and for $475 prepaid (party of 6), what a terrible disappointment - not worth one star at all. ALL of the food was cold; even when it came fresh out of the kitchen. Waitress only checked in once after we were seated. The eggs benedict had no ham or canadian bacon, and the hollandaise tasted only of citrus. The desserts were still partially frozen. There was a termite crawling in the salad greens. DONT PAY FOR THIS RIDICULOUSLY OVERPRICED MEAL ON EASTER SUNDAY; RUINED MY HOLIDAY. Never again!
