Rick's Bakery

Never showed up with my wedding cake and will not provide me a refund! She was booked months in advance and sent me weekly emails for final payment which I paid 2 weeks earlier then due. Now she will not respond for to requests for my money back and it's been over 2 months!

Sandy was absolutely AMAZING and the cake was more beautiful than we could ever imagine. The cake was both dairy and gluten free - a yellow sponge with buttercream frosting and raspberry filling. Our guests LOVED it and were shocked when they found out it was dairy and gluten free. Sandy even delivered it from Milwaukee to Lake Geneva for my wedding in a blizzard - she is so sweet and I would recommend Rick's bakery to any bride or groom!! I got my wedding cake from Ricks Bakery and it was so amazing! We taste tested several places but nowhere even came close to Ricks, it was so fresh and amazing! We got a vanilla marble with whipped white frosting and fresh strawberries, and yellow marble with buttercream. Our guests couldn't stop stalking about how good it was. And sandy (our point of contact) was super responsive, accommodating and professional - she made our big day so seamless and was one of the easiest vendors to work with by far. And Did I mention the price was incredibly reasonable?!? If I could go back in time, I would choose ricks bakery for my wedding day over and over again!

Look no further! Sandy and Rick's bakery are hands down the best! We had been to a few cake tastings at other bakeries and just knew Sandy was the one after the first bite of cake. She is so friendly and makes you two decently sized cakes for sampling with the fillings and icing on the side to mix and match with each bite. She even boxes it up for you to take home at no charge! To get to the point.... best cake ever at reasonable price too!! She made us a presentation cake with the top tier real for us to cut in front of everyone and a bunch of sheet cakes to serve. Nobody could tell and it saved us a lot of money. Lemon cake with raspberry filling and cream cheese icing was my favorite but all three flavors got numerous compliments from our guests. To top it off Sandy will bake you a fresh top tier on your one year so you don't have to eat defrosted old cake! THANKS Sandy!!!!
