My family and I ordered carryout on a Friday night. I got the perch with potato pancakes and a single piece of cod just to try it, my kids got grilled cheese and chicken strips with fries, and my wife got a crispy chicken bacon ranch wrap with fries.I love the combination of perch and Italian breading. That style of breading is a perfect compliment to the flavor of the perch and I wish more places would make theirs similarly. Sadly, the cod was very wet so the breading fell apart and it wasn't as beneficial as it was on the perch. The potato pancakes were almost too dense and, as you can see from the picture I posted, were not cooked on the bottom at all. I've had far better potato pancakes elsewhere and wouldn't get theirs again. Both of the kids liked their dinners. The only thing I noticed that was off was the grilled cheese was toasted enough to brown the bread and melt the cheese on the edges, but none of the cheese inside was melted. Minor, but notable. My wife thought the wrap had a very generous amount of meat, cheese, and lettuce. She appreciated that it was romaine lettuce, not iceberg, and that the ranch was sparce instead of excessive as that let the other flavors shine instead of being overpowered. The gentleman behind the bar who brought our food out and handled our bill was friendly. I did notice, though, that none of the staff was wearing masks and there were a few groups of people close to each other at the bar, so social distancing probably isn't something they're taking too seriously for those who are worried about the COVID-19 situation.

We went here once a few years ago and will never go back under current owner/management. Asked a simple question regarding menu and bartender (who I believe was owner) was extremely rude and disrespectful. We stayed anyways an ordered food. Food was mediocre. Lots of other options with better service in the area for mediocre food.

Breaded Cod : B-Fries : B+ : Seasoned FriesPotato Pancakes : B : Homemade.Old Fashioned : C : $3.75 : They use JERO's mixClam Chowder : DService : A+Tarter Sauce : Very mildFinal Grade: B-This was our first time trying out the Richfield Roadhouse. We were greeted warmly by manager Brian. He took great care of us and even shared a few jokes.(If he looks familiar to you, that's because he used to own Sario's in Jackson! Sario's closed in 2003.)Old Fashioned was made with Jero's mix and wasn't that great. It was strong and cheap so it gets a C. It's so hard to find a good hand muddled OF!The clam chowder was not the best. (See the picture) It was a brownish color with giant potatoes. It was not creamy, more like a stew instead. Clam flavor was almost unnoticeable. I would not order this again.Breaded cod was slightly under cooked. The color on the fry was on the pale side for me and could be more crispy. Fillets were on the medium size. The breading tasted good and was seasoned well. And the fish was flaky and mild. (I had the "special" which included 2 stuffed shrimp. I would pass on these next time.)The fries were crunchy and more of a seasoned fry.Potato pancakes were homemade. They were a little under cooked as well, but then again, I prefer a crispy potato pancake. The flavor was really good, not overly onion-y.The place itself is fun. There is a Pull Tab machine and we won $1. There are also games for kids to play as well as a few slot machines. Seating is limited so get there early. Patio is open for the summer.Service was great. Prices are great. Cod is not bad. Potato pancakes are worth a try. But skip the clam chowder. We will be back.

Very poor service, and mediocre food. It's not worth the hassle, many better bars/restaurants in the area. It used to be such a great place to have a couple drinks and dinner, but that is far in the past.

I thoroughly enjoyed the steak I had. . . VERY competitive with some "fancier" steakhouses. Nice, cozy little family-owned place. The owner was very nice, and the place was not too loud. I will be back!!!

Friendly and attentive staff. Fast service. I've been here a couple of times and have had the chicken nachos and the baked cod. Both were really tasty! It's evident that the waiters and bartenders work together here to ensure all customers get great service.

Used to attend this bar when it was the Ole Mill. Was devastated when we found out they would be relocating. My boyfriend and I decided to give this place another shot since we missed our Thursday Night wings. When we realized they kept the same cook, we thought that we struck gold! However, we were very disappointed to realize that the same food we used to order has all been priced adjusted (quite high). We used to get really good deals, but for the prices on the menu, we didn't find it worth the money. Our server was very stand-off-ish and uptight as well. The food is not horrible, I just think there are other bars with better deals.

We had our Friday night rehearsal dinner at Richfield Roadhouse, and cannot say enough about how pleased we were. Food was delicious, and Bryan was so helpful in planning this event with us. He let us come in early to decorate and when we arrived, food and cocktails were all ready to serve. Thank you so much for making this event so special for us. The friendliness and professionalism was outstanding. Not to mention GREAT food!!!

As usual the food service and selection is excellent at the roadhouse. Only open Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday they provide excellent quality at a reasonable price. A blt wrap tots and cocktails for her and an 8 piece chicken dinner for me w tots, @ $14 is an unbelievable value. Quality cocktails and good food... they do lots of private parties, they R an excellent destination. Having been badly overcharged and insulted at Johnnie Manhattans last Saturday night this was a very pleasant return to good dining.

About 4 years ago this place was called Olde Mill. Best wings this side of the Mississippi and great people running the place. Rumor is the owners of the building screwed them over so they could open the Richfield Craphouse.I've been there a handful of times, each time less impressed than the last. However, last night will be the last time I step foot in that establishment. Most of the time I bring 10-20 people with me before or after a softball game - probably providing the most business they get in a month.Every time they screw something up. Forget someone's food, get the bill wrong or provide crap service. Also, they call me boss, which I am not a boss - I have a name, or in the world of customer service, am referred to as "Sir".The wings come out untossed and missing sauce. The sandwiches come out mediocre.I've gotten better service at a Wendy's in Mobile Alabama, and they poop in your chili down there! They also implemented a new policy last night in which you can't split the bill for parties bigger than 6 - which they had done every time I had been there.Don't go here. You'll get better service and food at:Bilda's (great craft beer selection)Sloppy Joe's (incredible rotisserie chicken)Fat Charlie's (burgers the size of your head)Pioneer Bowl (pizza that makes domino's weep at night)Kwik Trip when it opens (s/o to the hot spot grill)
