My wife and I have been here over 10 times now and it is the same outstanding experience every time. The chips and salsa arrive instantly. The wide abundance of margarita flavors are made with care are delicious every time. Make sure you get the queso, and add chorizo to it. I have never had such incredible enchiladas in my life. The corn tortillas for their they use are as well. Give their tacos a try as well. Their chicken is a gift to this planet, and it is so moist. I don't care if you hate that word I am saying it. Get over yourself. Will definitely come back every week until I pass away.

Great little family run spot. Warm, friendly, fast service. Chips and salsa both were fresh. Chicken Chimi was delicious- the meat was well seasoned and moist. Hard to accomplish with the fried, crispy, exterior. Steak Taco, totally in point. Again, well seasoned and cooked perfectly. The Chicken Enchilada was the only thing I thought could have used a little more love. The flavor was great but overall was a little dry. Nothing that would turn me off to a future order though. My favorite thing here? The rice and beans. So often restaurants don't pay a lot of attention to either of these and they frequently are served lukewarm to cold. Not here. Again, perfectly seasoned and hot. OMG, they were good.

I have been so excited to try Casa Noble. A small town family owned Mexican restaurant in the heart of Waukesha. The restaurant is frequently busy so we decided to do an early dinner and beat the rush. We sat inside where we were immediately greeted by the friendly wait staff and even had a visit from the owner/manager (not sure which). First things first, the chips and salsa. Salsa was delicious, but we got an over cooked batch of chips. I am not able to speak to whether or not this is the norm, but they were burned no doubt. I ordered the burrito verde dinner plate which was phenomenal! The steak has an amazing flavor and the burrito is filled with rice, beans, lettuce, tomato, and cheese. It also came with the sides and in my experience burritos don't. My son ordered a steak taco salad. He said it was the best taco salad he's ever had. We have been trying different Mexican restaurants and after tonight's meal we decided this is the one and it's time to try other foods.

There are so many Mexican places to eat in the Waukesha/Milwaukee area, thought we'd try something new. The location is in a residential area and the building itself is fairly small as fair as seating goes. They have a large patio area in front and on the side of the building, perfect for enjoying the warm weather.The staff was very friendly and served us complimentary chips and salsa shortly after arriving. The chips were good but the salsa wasn't my favorite. It just tasted more like tomato sauce than a salsa?Chile Rellenos is my go to (or enchiladas) so I thought I would give them a try here. The meal comes with two cheese stuffed peppers and the server asked if I wanted to add anything else to the inside. I've never been asked that but decided to add onion which was a nice addition. Thursday was half off margaritas so we went with that and they were pretty good!My BF got the enchiladas with meat inside and as you can see from the pic, they really load on the cheese! Almost too much cheese in his opinion. The beans and rice were good, no complaints.Overall our food was pretty good, but not the greatest tex-mex I've had. I wouldn't hesitate to go back if I was in the area but wouldn't make a point of going out of my way to eat there. They do have a dedicated vegetarian part of the menu so that's helpful for the V's!

One of the if not the best Mexican restaurants in the area. I lived in CA for 10 years so I know good Mexican and this is some of the best authentic flavors and dishes I've come across. Plus their margs are amazing and strong. Street parkingMedium size dining area. Can get busy. Good for groups up to 6-8 people. Any more will be hard to find seating. Family owned and run.

Casa Noble is simply the best authentic Mexican restaurant. I highly recommend to any and all to go there. The Empanadas were fabulous and their guacamole is the creamiest I've ever had! The margaritas are absolutely the best. Top it all off with the friendliest attentive staff and its winner winner mecican cuisine for dinner. Run to casa noble!
