Remington's Tavern

A group of 5 of us arrived just as they were opening, and we selected to sit outside. We sat under the patio cover to keep out of the sun. There was a lot of outdoor seating options.Our food was yummy, and the service was excellent. I especially liked that a selection of sides were included without any up charge.Thanks for a fun lunch today!

Often taken for granted, it shouldn't be. Whatever you order is wonderfully cooked. If you order the chicken nachos, you won't believe how succulent and flavorful the chicken and whole dish is. Can't beat the local friendly atmosphere! Great staff.

We were passing thru and saw the good reviews, so we gave it a try. Not disappointed! Excellent Reuben sandwich on a tasty firm bread that didn't fall apart like my Reuben's often do. Generous helpings of sides too. At 5 on a Sunday afternoon, the place was almost full, lots of locals and families--always a good sign. Would definitely come here again. Simple menu, but it's clear they take food quality and prep seriously. Good service too.

Great outdoor seating that is covered in areas. Service was great, very accommodating and helpful in making decisions. Nice selection of tap beers. Get the spicy cheese curds. The baked walleye tasted amazing until I got bones. Some people don't mind them, but it drives me crazy. I'll definitely stop back when I'm in town.

We were passing through Cross Plains and decided to stop for a bite to eat at Remingtons Tavern. We had a delightful server, Sydney, who was just so kind and greeted us with a beautiful smile. I really wanted a reuben sandwich, but like my corned beef tender. She made it a point to go ask if it was. The sandwich was delicious! The bread was awesome! Very good meal and I would highly recommend this place and when you do go there, ask for Sydney!
