Quonset Pizza

First off what a fun little place taking the name of being in a Quonset style building!!! The service was very good and they had some good lunch specials there. We only did pizza and apps, didnt get to try more of the menu, but we would definitely go back. I wish it was closer to us. Pizza was good, and as a bonus they also sell frozen versions of their pizza to bring home. (I did splurge on 2 to bring back home w/ me :) )

I had heard good things about this vintage pizzeria. I was out this way and got a small parbaked pepperoni. When I finished the bake, I found it had too much cheese. Overpowering flavor and didn't pick up any sauce flavor. Pepperoni was thin sliced. Not sure if it always this way?

They make a good pizza pie! My husband's class reunion organizers ordered this pizza for the meat and greet and it was a hit! It had the perfect ratio of cheese, sauce and meat! I tried the pepperoni and cheese pizzas. Lots of flavor packed in each bite! Lots of smiles and full stomachs! I look forward to dining in one day when we're back in the Chicago area!

The best pizza I've had in a long long time. Thin crust, fresh mozzarella, juicy sausages.... Cut into little squares which apparently is a thing in these quarters. Seating like a diner but pizza is what they do/did... for about 75 years.

It pains me to give three stars for what is the best thin crust sausage pizza on the planet. I called ahead for dine in as my time was limited. She put me in for a personal pan instead of a small which may have the same ingredients but not the same pizza. Then I watch as she sneezes, wipes her nose with a tissue which took awhile meaning it was juicy. Then proceeds to look through the finished pizzas sitting under the heat lamp just to manage and see if mine or another is up. No hand washing. Pretty disgusting Been eating here over 40 years, but it's visits like today that make you start second guessing yourself.

I was there for the lunch special for an 8" individual pizza and non alcoholic drink. I t was absolutely wonderful and delicious.

I was at Quonset Pizza earlier picked up a pizza once I got home I realized the pizza was burned! I messaged the number given when I called to report my bad pizza and also sent pictures to be told all they can do is give me an extra 30% off my next order. I was not offered a new pizza to replace the burned one purchased already. I have been going there over 20 years and never called to complain about a bad pizza in the past ti not be offered a replacement.

Was disappointed with almost everything about our visit. We ordered 2 sandwiches and a mini pizza. Also drinks (2 sodas and 1 water). We were brought out 3 sodas and said we only had 2 so they took one drink back and brought the water. Sandwiches came out and was told pizza would be there shortly. 10 minutes later pizza was brought out. Other companions had just about finished their meal. When the bill arrived the 3rd drink was on it and none of our menu item prices matched the prices on the menus on the table. All were more than the menu stated. They sandwiches were OK but had a hard time locating the cheese that we requested. The pizza was also OK but nothing that stood out so I'd say food was average. Was not a very good experience for us

The pizza is always great at Quonset, but I was very impressed with the toasted ham sub. It was amazing!

I have been coming here for over 20 years and it's the best thin crust pizza I've ever had. The bomber is still 10/10 every time. Don't listen to the bad reviews, they are haters.
