Pub 55

Atmosphere: They have a super large wrap around bar and about 20? other tables in the main area. They definitely can hold large crowds. Then they have an outdoor patio section with another bar that is located off the main area. The bathrooms are always clean and our tables have been wiped down when seated. Service: Hit or miss on who you get. Sometimes you get someone who is really attentive, other times you don't see your waitress after she takes your order and someone else brings out your food and you have to get drink refills and your check at the bar. Food: The food is good but the prices are insane. You're paying over a dollar per onion ring here. The pizza is extremely mediocre, would not recommend. Paying $30 for 2 small deep-fried appetizers boggles my mind.I honestly probably won't be coming back here after the last price hike in the food. If the service was consistent, maybe...but I just can't justify the service variance and the price point when there are so many other places that serve bar food in the area.

Stopped by for a birthday celebration with my boyfriend and his family. I enjoyed the beer/cider selection and we had good service. I got some type of blueberry cider and it was really good! The food was good and the atmosphere is friendly. I loved my fish and can't go wrong with a tasty wrap! We brought in our own cake (not sure if that's allowed) but the waitress was attentive and brought us plates and a knife for us to use. BONUS: checked in on Yelp and got a discount :)

this was Friday night fish fry takeout, it was the worse fish fry in my 75 years of eating fish fries in Wisconsin. To think they actually served this should be a total embarrassment to the pub. We paid $80 plus dollars for 3 fried Haddock dinners and 2 perch dinners. what we got was disgusting. We got 5 fish dinners so over fried and fish so dry it was inedible!! a $20. perch dinner that container 4, yeah 4, half fish flaes the were tiny shriveled up and over fried fish. I couldn't believe it! You don't even want to hear my words. The Haddock was a joke! They were little thin rectangular piece, I guess, of fish that were almost burnt. Never saw fish so dry in my life. I literally slapped it on the counter and it was like rubber. I must say our visitors from New York were not impressed with the Wisconsin Friday night fish fry! They were disgusted as well. BTW the ff, that is all they served, were lime lmp noodles and under cooked. qIf this is the type of food they serve to all their customers it bewilders me why they are still in business. I don't understand it at all. This is one place we will never go again and one place we will never recommend to anyone!!

I wanted it to be so much better than it was. I had the blueberry burger. It was excellent but the service was sub par, at best.

Waitress was nice had the beer brat basket was okay fries were not fresh and was cold. My daughter had the shrimp basket the shrimp was not fresh.Sorry I would not recommend the food.

Great service and a variety of items to order off the menu. It was my first time having duck which I enjoyed. The side salad was LARGE and the drinks were strong and tasty. The best food I ordered and an item I haven't seen anywhere before was the jalapeño Rangoon's. They were soo good. Overall a place with solid food, good drinks, and a nice atmosphere compared to other restaurants/bars in the area.

Sat at table 10 for 45 minutes after going to bar to get our own drinks left went to Luckys in Wrightstown had service before I could take my coat off drinks in 3 minutes food order in 10 minutes guess their loss Luckys will get my buisness Lazy Dog

The food was fabulous! Wish I could say the same for the service. Came in alone and sat at the bar. One waitress/bartender was busy on her phone and the other was busy flirting with and hanging out with 3 guys who appeared to be her friends. Once noticed, the flirting bartender was nice. The other one was pre occupied with her phone nearly the whole time. The place was not busy, a Saturday about 2pm. Once the 3 guys left, the flirting bartender was much more attentive to the rest of the customers. I did see one couple leave in frustration bc they were being ignored. as far as the Philly wrap, best tortilla around, the steak meat was delish.

Me and my friends went and one ordered the 10oz steak and the other ordered a burger, both meats were undercook and tasted like dirty grill, definitely wouldn't recommend the place although the service was good the food was not.

The food was good but service was lacking. We got there before the saturday night crowd was too busy and waited at least 20 minutes to get waited on. When we did, the waitress seemed very preoccupied, but took our order. The non-alcoholic drinks came right away. It took the food about 40 minutes, it was a plate of hot wings and a plate of chicken linguine I believe. Our drinks were done before the dinner came, it wasn't our waitress who brought the dinner so we didn't ask for refills. We were completely done with our meal before we seen our waitress again, this is the first time that she asked us if we wanted refills, we said yes. We watched our waitress go over to other people that were drinking alcoholic beverages and then we watched her bring several other patrons drinks back before we ever got a refill. These were people she asked after us, we know this because we observed it happen. In fact, we ended up having to stop another waitress and finally get refills. At least two hours after we were finished with our meal, it might've been more because there was a band playing so we were watching the band and mingling with other guests. Our waitress came up to us and asked if we got food, we had been waiting for the check for a while. My impression was, she did not even remember if we had gotten food or not. in an era where everybody is demanding a tip this type of service right here is exactly the reason why people are fighting back about giving tips. in fairness, maybe this was an isolated incident I don't know. I do know that I don't normally post bad reviews. I usually just leave well enough alone because sometimes you just don't know what a person might be going through so I tried to give the benefit of the doubt. Sometimes I will post good reviews when I'm getting good to great service. but to me, this was an experience worth posting about. I am not looking for a free meal or for anybody to rectify my experience, but it would be nice for other patrons to have the peace of mind that this might've been a conversation with the staff and an experience that may be used for training purposes. I will add about ambience. The place looked great, it was clean and a very respectable bar/restaurant that had live music. everything else about our experience there was very good.
