Popeyes

Let me begin by saying I love Popeyes when it's good. Two things are extremely disappointing about the Popeyes at this location. First the service is absolutely abysmal most of the time. They run out of chicken constantly, menu board is often nonexistent, and the food itself is totally inconsistent.Secondly, outside of the promotion items, the regular menu prices are outrageous. I understand food costs haver gotten expensive and labor costs have gotten expensive, but they have reached a point when even cooking at home becomes a necessary alternative value wise. Popeyes has crossed the line many dollars back.So if you're looking to eat at Popeyes, I suggest you get any of the specials and avoid the regular menu. And see if you can find a better, more efficient location.

Please don't eat here. I ate their food and got food poisoning!! I feel horrible and even more horrible knowing they're getting kore people suck!! DO NOT EAT HERE THEY ARE NASTY - not clean nor sanitized

This Popeyes did two things excellently, but before I get into that let me just start with they were out of all boneless chicken and biscuits before I came which was the main reason I wanted to come so I couldn't give A higher rating. The first thing that was spectacular was the service! the drive thru window worker was very polite and apologetic for not having any of the entrees I wanted but I ended up getting a two piece with a large fry. Not only was the service great but they were able to keep this positive attitude while short staffed I only saw three workers running around working their hardest all with smiles, I've been in the food industry for a long time and it's so hard to be positive while short staffed I understand.And secondly the food was the freshest it could've been the Cajun fries were so crispy and hot I had to let them cool down and this is without even asking for it to be fresh, they didn't have the entree I wanted so they made sure what I ordered was over the expectation! My chicken juicy and crisp and my fries right off the oil amazing the best Popeyes chicken I've had. The drive thru worker apologized again when I was brought the food and explained everything was made with heart! I respect this service way more then any other fast food restaurants on capital. I enjoyed my visit here without the food I wanted and understaffed! Take pointers here this is how fast food is done

Missing over half of our order and drinks were wrong, and watered down. They were too busy talking about how much they hate white people and how if the cops come there , all they're going to find is guns, drugs and marijuana. Would not recommend

My son was in the hospital and order some food. He mistakenly forgot to change the address so the food was delivered to a different address. He had someone pick the food up and bring it too him.... when they got the food to him it was the name Stefani so it was the wrong meal so now he had to pay some one to take the food all the way from Oak Creek to 16th. and National. They corrected the problem but he should've still gotten a refund for delivery from Popeyes online delivery. He accepted the fact that he had the wrong address but the wrong meal was the biggest issue. He paid out more then the meal was worth and he never got a credit

The food was undercooked. The cashier was extremely rude in the drive through. Worst service ever and the restaurant was dirty.

Anxiously awaited opening of new restaurant in Sheboygan, WI.Been there more than a few times since the opening. Today 1/23 at noon, had the worst experience I have ever had. Ordered a 3-piece chicken combo and a 3-piece chicken order. The order taker seemed to have our order correct but something went wrong and we were charged for the combo AND (3) 3-piece chicken orders. We questioned the high amount of the bill at the pickup window. We were handed the order and knew instantly it was wrong. We tried to return the 2 extra orders of tenders right at the window, but the young MANAGER refused to take it back and REFUSED to credit us for the food we didn't order. We tried to reason with her but she would not have it. We left very upset. That young manager lost a customer over a $12 transaction. NOT VERY SMART. And we will tell everyone about the terrible customer service we were given.

Chicken was raw. I bit into this shit and it was still bawking. Asked for corporate number and they told me to call on back of receipt. It'll direct you to text message, with No resolution. They really tryna take me out lol

they need to shut down all popeyes. what's the use of you can't get what u want. literally went to 3 popeyes tonight. just for 1 to tell me they only have spicy and mild chicken. then proceeded too just mild. to one with a sign on the drive thru that say drive thru down, while the lobby was locked. and last but not least one is only accepting cash. love the food but it's so hard to actually get your hands on it. all locations in Milwaukee, wi suck.

The food here is absolutely terrible and they should be ashamed of themselves, and that's if they even have anything (which they never do by the way) I think this whole place should be shut down to be honest
