Although the atmosphere was nice, the prices and quality of food wasn't, in my opinion. Went with friends for dinner. I ordered a bowl of French onion soup. While the amount of cheese was plentiful I found the soup to be very salty so only ate about 1/2 of the bowl. My husband ordered the mushroom burger and onion stack. The burger itself was $18 and you had to pay extra for a side which we found kind of ridiculous. My friend got the prime rib sandwich and was not impressed. The waitress was nice and attentive. Won't be back.

First time at this location. Huge selection is a plus,and nice selection of beers too.Service was fast in terms of how fast food came out. My biggest problem and why I don't recommend them,is there prices. My burger alone was almost $18 and even though there are a lot of side choices,they are all charged for extra on top of the burger,so it was like over $20 for a burger and onion straws.The burger was cooked correctly and had a good taste,but not for the kind of money they are asking .Your bill will be very high if you bring the family .If their prices weren't so high I would recommend them.

Got a last minute open table reservation, the place was not crowded on a Friday night. Maybe should have been my first clue. Let me say this --our server, Brittany, was really great! She was attentive, knew the menu, came back to refill drinks, and fast! The food ....well. It was okay. The burgers were overdone, dry and not very tasty. You're better off with build your own because you can add your own flavors. The specialty burgers are blah. Lots of sides to choose from. The appetizer options & alcoholic shakes looked good but we didn't indulge today. Just for reference- 3 burgers, 1 sandwich, 1 side, wings & 2 beers was $115

What happened to the milkshakes? A few years ago they were a cut above every other place around. They would be large and delicious and they would bring out the stainless cup with all the delicious chilled leftovers and a long spoon. Now they are smaller in a room temperature glass with way too much whipped cream. Please bring back the chilled stainless cup with the leftovers! Your customers are worth it!

This place has really gone downhill... the first couple of years it was open, Point Burger Bar felt like a community center. It was clean, well staffed and consistent. Fast forward to now...The last three times I have been here, a disinterested teen has been standing at the host stand. Each time, I had to get their attention in order to get them to look up from their phone. Then, they act like you are bothering them. When I asked if we could get a table, she said, "I don't know." When I asked how long the wait was - same response. She finally told us we could "go sit at the bar if you want... I'm not sure if they're serving food." It was 8:00 on a Friday night (hours said open until 11:00).So we go sit at the bar which is filthy. Crumbs and sticky stains literally everywhere. There were three kids sitting at the bar and one group at a table. That's it. The bartenders were just hanging out, talking. We sat there for 10 minutes before the bartender just slid beer lists in front of us... didn't even say anything. I ask if we could get food menus and she disappears for 10 minutes. She finally comes back and tells us "they're only doing apps." Limited eye contact, no menus. We sat there for another couple minutes being ignored and just walked out. It didn't seem like anyone noticed. My son said, "it seemed like they wanted us to leave," when we got back to the car.I used to live close to this place and loved it. It has declined to the point where the norm is now:- No greeting- Disinterested / rude staff- Dirty / Disorganized- Close 1-2 hours before the posted time without noticeWe keep giving this place a chance and have walked out the last three times. We won't be back. I think the only thing that can explain it is terrible management. To be so bad, so consistently, it has to be from the top down.It's a shame. This place has potential and won't even be in business in a year...

Absolutely the worst service! Waitress was asked several times for sugar packets and we never got them. I got up and walked to the kitchen. She was just standing there. I said I need the sugar. Someone else said don't come back here. I said if I got the sugar I wouldn't need to be in here. Just lost 4 customers. It took 2 hours to get our food!
