Ordered on Door Dash. Arrived on time to pickup order. Was told order was almost finished and it would be a few more minutes. Waited nearly 50 minutes in the lobby for food. Staff was unhelpful and unapologetic for long wait. Pizza was ok but probably will stick to other West Allis pizza spots.

I usually order on a Friday or Saturday night so the wait time is typically an hour or longer. However the pizza is always hot and delicious. This time I ordered some garlic bread and I was not a fan. It smelled great but didn't have a lot of garlic flavor to it. Sorry This will not stop me from ordering pizza again though.

We've been ordering from this place for years. But this previous Friday 12/13 was a horrible experience. We called and ordered for take out. We told the person on the phone the exact way to get to our house because we live right next to Candy Cane Lane. Well, the delivery driver decided to first bang hard on our door. When we have a door bell. Then proceeded to say "in the future Candy cane lane is off limits." Excuse me....We live a couple blocks from Candy Cane Lane. After us spending so much money at this place. We will never return. So disgusted by the rude customer service. It's not our issue that the delivery driver doesn't know how to listen to our instructions that we verbally told them. So sad that they lost a valuable customer. We have a ring footage to even share.

I just wanted to bump this 11 YEARS LATER... and say this place is STILL my favorite in the area. We go as often as we can. If you havent tried this place yet, do it soon. And be patient if they tell you delivery times are long.. its worth it.

Pizzeria Scotty serves up delicious deep dish/thick crust pizza.We recently ordered some pizza for takeout. Pizzeria Scotty is exclusively a pick up or delivery spot as their shop is quite small.They serve their pizza with your choice of crust--Chicago pan, double dough, thin crust, or stuffed. We opted for their Chicago pan style and were pleased with the thick crust and ample toppings (no sauce on top). Their website makes it easy to order and pay before picking up and they work hard to get your pizza done as quickly as possible even though they're very busy.When I arrived to pick up our order, the service was friendy and efficient.Get to it!

Sauce seems to have changed from prior, much sweeter from what i recall,I prefer no sugar in my sauce. Meatballs good but sauce distracted. Older guys at cash registers diving up tip on my order in front of me. They did not seem friendly on phone or in person. Help hard to come by I understand completely.

Their pizza used to be good a few years ago. Ordered a Chicago deep dish and it was bad. The cheese is like rubber and the sauce wasn't flavorful. Overall quality is not good.
