Nice decor. Great service!
Up close and personal with Pizzeria Piccola's Italian Sausage 'za. So delicious, just looking at this makes my mouth water!

The spicy pepperoni pizza is okay, while the chicken sausage is just so so.
The self-serve station, as with much of the rest of the dining room, needed attention.

I have yet to be disappointed by the food and atmosphere here. They have great wood fired pizzas and some nice salads and appetizers. The patio during the summer is the best, especially at night with their excellent string lights for a simple but cute ambiance. They have awesome lunch specials and offer daily specials. Try the bread knots! The bruschetta is also perfect on a hot summer day.

Have tried this place on and off throughout the years and never really too excited but a friend of mine really wanted it today so decided to try the PIccola; provolone, sausage, red onions, mushrooms, black olives and Four Seasons aka Quattro Stagione; provolone, prosciutto, mushrooms, black olives, artichokes. The size is quite small for the price. $12 and $11, plus tax is a little steep for a small pizza, even if it's brick oven baked. I feel one pizza for a hungry person wouldn't be enough. Although the toppings are generous, I wasn't too fond of the after-taste of the meats. Also if you plan on saving some of it for later, it dries out pretty quick (not much sauce). With all the pizza places out there, this wouldn't be my first pick, but if you're in Tosa and in summer - there's a really nice open-concept outdoor dining area.

I had Pizzeria Piccola a long time ago as a child in the Milwaukee Mitchell Airport and was immediately shocked by how delicious it was. I had The Piccola, which has a delicious red sauce, red onions, mushrooms, black olives, and spicy Italian sausage. It was really high class for an airport experience, and for years I was unaware that they have a Wauwatosa restaurant. Delighted by this newfound knowledge, I visited the actual Pizzeria Piccola as an adult. Their Wauwatosa restaurant is very clean, comfy and welcoming. While we were there, the manager checked that all the tables were completely spotless and that the chairs were all in order. I was very impressed by the presentation and cleanliness of the restaurant, and within 5 minutes of a guest leaving they had the table cleaned and ready for a new visitor. The restaurant is laid back and informal, making it nice for a first date spot. I, of course, ordered the Piccola to see if it was as good as I remembered, and as a side I ordered some of their bread knots. The bread knots came quickly and were perfectly cooked and paired with a nice marinara sauce. Crispy on the outside and nice and chewy on the inside. The pizza was exactly as I remembered it, with a nice amount of spice and flavor in every bite. The size of the pizza makes it a perfect option for two people. If you haven't tried Pizzeria Piccola out, I definitely recommend it. The Bartolotta's have done an excellent job with yet another restaurant. Try it out!

I treated my mom with Pizzeria Piccola in the lovely Village of Tosa and we were not disappointed. The second floor is very intimate and has a self-service station that I actually liked. I just think they should make a point of letting you know beforehand because, otherwise, seeing a server can take a long time!We had a good lunch, being the salad the highlight of the meal for me and the pasta for my mom. This is a laid back Bartolotta's restaurant, and they honor your rewards. And that is always appreciated.

Good pizza, good service, but a very casual space. You order at the counter when you walk in (frozen pizzas available to-go and also fresh pizzas available for pick-up), grab your number for them to bring you your food, and sit wherever you like. They have wine available (we bought a bottle) or self-serve soft drinks. The dining area upstairs is 1 open room with plenty of seating but the music wasn't quite loud enough to cover up the conversations from anyone else in the room. But what you really want to know - the pizza! I like the concept of personal pizzas so that everyone can get whatever toppings they want. I ordered the Four Seasons which has provolone, prosciutto, mushrooms, black olives, and artichoke. I love thin crust (all of their pizzas) - most of it was crispy and wonderful, but the middle of the pizza got a bit soggy from the toppings. Overall great flavors and I would order this one again. My boyfriend got the Spicy Pepperoni which was also tasty, but we added a bunch of red pepper flakes to really spice it up. I would definitely recommend ordering 1 per person instead of sharing. We were both really hungry, but easily able to finish our personal pizzas.

We were craving Neopolitan style pizza all week and came across this place today. The service was great and very quick, not to mention the wood fire pizza! We had the Arugula salad (which has Asiago cheese YUM), the pepperoni pizza and the vegetable pizza. We also added basil and arugula to the pizza, highly recommend! They also had a lunch special today with either 1/2 pizza or panini with a soup or salad.

Overview - Hip, cool, delicious pizza in a venue that traditionally wouldn't work, but feels right. Food 5/5 Customer Service 5/5Another fine Bartolotta restaurant in a cool part of the Tosa Village. The pizza is about 10" round, not to thin but also not thick. It's so good! Some of my friends call it their favorite pizza in the Milwaukee area! I have enjoyed the SAUSAGE and PEPPERONI pizzas and loved them! Sauce, crust, and seasonings are all on point. The location is split into two venues - indoor seating and a separate outdoor seating a few buildings down. Both are somewhat of a hodgepodge, but they really have made it work, impressively really. The customer service has always been really nice! Friendly, helpful, always make you feel like a valued guest. The Bartolotta Rewards Program is something to jump on! Easy sign up and well worth making the most of.

This place serves up a good pizza, but nothing I would consider unique or a must. However, if you're in the area and craving pizza it's a good option. I actually preferred the pasta moreso than the pizza.

If you're looking for a laid back dinner option, Pizzeria Piccola is a solid choice. Their pizza is delicious and they have some nice salads and appetizers, too. You place your order downstairs and then there is a self service station for plates, drinks and to go containers upstairs. They do bring your food to your table though. And in my experience the food is usually pretty quick. If you have Bartolotta rewards, they are good here too! So that's a nice perk. And though parking on state street can sometimes be iffy, there are lots of public parking spots across the train tracks where they hold the Tosa farmers market.

What a disappointment, the food was so so and the service was horrendous. The manager came into the dinning area and yelled " Everyone has to leave in 10 minutes". It was not even 7:00pm on a Saturday night. I asked the bartender what time they usally close she said it was up to the manager. I asked if they were having a problem she said no. The manager then came out and said get your drinks and food and put them in these to go containers. How rude.
