Pizza Pit

Walked in and wasn't greeted at all. Just a blank stare, so it's not off to a great start. Me and my group ordered some wings for a small meal. We had three orders of drummies and they were okay. They don't toss them in sauce, they just give out cups of sauce. The food was a 5/10. I like the place, it looks nice.

Your average pizza, nothing too fancy. We arrived at 7:20 when restaurant was closing at 8 and woman working gave us the impression we were an inconvenience. Lacks customer service and had headset on for half the time we were trying to order. This was our first time there so we weren't aware cheese bread was a whole pizza, was looking for cheesy garlic bread. When she rudely told us to pick the size, we mentioned that was too much and she didn't bother offering the garlic bread on menu by piece (what we were initially trying to order).We won't be going back. You can get a mediocre pizza a lot of other places that have a much better overall experience.

Ordered 24" Supreme pizza delivered, good flavor. Friendly, efficient delivery Crust could have been a bit crispier.

Lake Mills was my go-to place for Pit pizza. I *love* Pizza Pit, but the past six months have been very disappointing. I always ask for extra sauce, and there has been no extra sauce on pizza! Even my husband, who doesn't like extra sauce, commented (without me saying a word), "Where's the sauce?" "Is there even sauce on the pizza? Compared to last year, the restaurant has gone downhill! The older female (assuming the owner) is rude, lacks customer service, and is always gruff. For now, I am not ordering from here. I'll drive to Madison for Pit pizza, where they know customer service and extra sauce and make a delicious pizza. There are other pizza places in the area I will use too.

The 1 item I've gotten from here, bread sticks, were cold. If something that simple comes out wrong, I quit while I'm ahead, and don't go back.

Ordered a single slice of mushroom and sausage. It was very tasty! Ordered the gyro too. It was not bad but the meat could have been a little more juicy. Service was good.

Fantastic pizza and more! Always great food and fresh. Delivery is excellent. We mostly get pizza, but sometimes also get chicken strips dinner, wings (I love that they're all wings and no drummies, but you can also order just drummies), pizza fries, and gyros. Deep fried mushrooms are awesome and an occasional treat we add on to our order.

Pizza crusts are often undercooked and staff always sound annoyed when I call to place an order. Not a pleasant experience.

Fast delivery, open late, many options. It is what it is, nothing fancy, but still tasty.

I ordered here over the phone and I've went to the lake Mills branch. The customer service is terrible. The young lady and the manager have a attitude that makes me wonder why they were chosen to deal with customers. If this establishment weren't one of the two only places in Lake Mills to buy wings they would run their customers away. I will never spend my hard-earned money there again. I dont tolerate bad customer service and sugges if you are planning to order here get ready to be talked to like you are trash to them.
