Just discovered PT due to their truck coming to an event we had at our preschool. Although it wasn't an option, the guy let me get 2 different tacos (they were 2 for 10), instead of me having to try the same two tacos and having to buy 4 to try multiple flavors/meats. The tacos were a really good size and PACKING with flavor! I got one steak and one pork one. They were both seriously delicious. I'll definitely be going back to try more tacos. Two tacos were plenty filling too!

As many people in the reviews have mentioned the Korean bbq tacos are a must get. Went to the MKE Night Market and pleasantly saw this stand. Was one of the last people they took and the tacos came out piping hot and loaded. Chicken was crunchy, the slaw was fresh and whatever sauce they use was super flavorful. My friend also tried the buffalo tacos and said they were also up to par. Would def come back for more or try another flavor.

This is some good stuff. I hesitate to say these are the best food truck tacos because Milwaukee is full of worthy competition in this genre, but they are definitely one of the best. Track them down and make sure to get 3 or 4 tacos because two will not be enough. Normally I don't like fusion (it's what we called "leftovers" at home growing up) but you have to try their Korean tacos.

Pig Tailz! Wow! So much flavor and oh so good! If you happen to step up on these cats doing it up on the street stop and get the goods! We happened upon the Pig Tailz crew this past weekend at Bay View Bash. They had a decent line which peaked my interest so in line we go. Tacos was the theme and man no disappointment here. First taco was the portobello mushroom! Boom bursting with flavor. Juicy and filling. Oh so good! I was impressed so far they new what the deal was off the bat. Second was the buffalo chicken taco. Again a solid choice. Totally different flavor profile and a little bit of heat for the finish. I was suggested to try these two tacos because of the contrasting flavor profiles. Great choices and I would order again in a heartbeat. Street food is becoming or should I say has become a way of life these days. To get the goods served up as well as most any restaurant can do is impressive. I most enjoy getting rid of all the pomp and circumstance you get having to even go into a restaurant. Pig Tailz does it right and I'll be back to try more! Also the price was correct. Pig Tailz tacos were very reasonably priced at 2 for 5 or 6 depending on the protein. Good stuff guys!

The truck was rented for out condo meeting, and gave me the tastiest mobile food I've had in this city in years.Preferring dairy-free I ordered a pork taco that was korean with a wonderful slaw. Exquisite tangy spice and a lightly charred soft shell made texture suberb.I will be on the lookout for them again.

Best street tacos in the city in my opinion and I can't wait for the Truck Stop restaurant to open up!! Buffalo Chicken tacos are simply elite. They give generous portions of chicken in their tacos and the buffalo sauce doesn't have alot of heat, but it does pack the flavor. The taco also has cheese, lettuce and ranch. I would go without the ranch and add more buffalo sauce to it. Also tried the Korean Chicken tacos which they said might become a staple for the menu. I would argue that its more of an asian sesame taco than Korean. The fried onions and toasted sesame aioli are the stars of this taco with good portions of grilled chicken. If a Pig Taliz truck is at an event, make sure to give it a try. Can't wait for the restaurant!!

One of my favorites!!!! Discovered these guys at taco fest and I wish I had hunted down the truck sooner.I hate mushrooms. All of them. BUT THESE PORTABELLO TACOS ARE THE BOMB.COM!!! I only cringed at the first bite because of the texture but enjoyed the rest of them. Highly recommend anything these guys make.

I finally tried The Joker ($5) today, a smoked cheddarwurst topped with cheese sauce, grilled onions and peppers, and giardiniera. It was also really good. I've now had all of the standard menu items. He also had a Curry Chicken Salad Pita as the special for today. That sounds good, but I passed on it to leave room for something different. He told me he plans to partner with Pedro's South American food cart and set up in Riverwest on weekends, likely outside Mad Planet. He said he still occasionally sets up on Water Street. After working through the main menu, I think my favorite items are the DTE Nachos and The Rodeo, which I still haven't added cheese sauce to yet. Follow the Pig Tailz MKE Facebook page to see where he sets up. For now, he seems to be setting up consistently for lunch on Wednesdays and Thursdays outside the US Bank Center each week.

We hired Pig Tailz for our small wedding in August and I truly could not have been happier with everything - from the food (YUM!!!!!) to the service to the appearance of the truck. I have never heard so many guests at a wedding talk about how amazing the food was - it's been a couple months now and people are still asking me who we hired. The servers were super entertaining and interacted with our guests to create a fun atmosphere. I was only a little concerned about having a food truck because I didn't want people to have to wait in line for a long time, but the line moved really quickly and everyone really the food truck vibe. I highly recommend hiring them for any event, and also going to find their truck wherever it's stationed! THANK YOU!!!!

I dined here at lunch during the downtown dining week. So it was a limited menu, but really good. The restaurant was slammed (again, because of the promotional event), but the waitstaff did a good job handling the crowd. Only concern- as we were ordering beverages (water, soda) the waiter pushed the iced tea. Said it was great. And it was. What he did not say was it was $7. For an iced tea. Ouch.
