Since the changeover started happening to Kroger, the store has seen some huge improvements. The produce is much better than it was. I enjoy the new deli options as well as the variety of cheeses and new cold drink display. The checkout staff at night seem to be less friendly than the day crew but it may have been a few bad apples. Overall, pleased with the changes.

I haven't shopped at this store since last summer, because almost every time I went in, the cashier never ran my coupons. Last year, I thought my total was exceptionally high, so I looked at my receipt, and no coupons were run. I went back to the cashier and asked him where they were, and he bent down, took them from the waste basket(they were all crumpled up) and told me to take them to the service counter. I went over by Barb, and when she totaled everything up, I had over $40 in coupons that she refunded me.The college students they hire, just don't care.I'm now back to Ryan Street, where they have honest, caring adult cashiers.Sher M. I really like the Ham off the bone, but for the past three Sundays they are always out of the Ham. Really! Your not ordering enough if your out on a Sunday. Store hasn't changed a bit in all the years it's been out here. Prices are way to high.

Terrible experience during COVID-19. 1) looks like only employees get toilet paper. None out for customers, but I saw 2 employees have toilet paper in their cart coming out of the back area. How's that possible?2) while customers are coming in with masks, employees are walking around the store not adhering to the 6 ft rule. 3) why at 2pm is every row being stocked? Can't they do that after hours and away from customers? 4) plastic bags are very thin and unless you put two items in the bag, double bag it. 5) and if you have someone bagging for you, good luck on items not being smashed. This business should remember they need customers.

I had an issue with a Click List (pick up) order today. Wasn't happy that a few items were forgotten, HOWEVER, I called the store, explained the situation to (Maria) and she advised I stop back in and they'd take care of my particular circumstances. So, I took her advice.I was met by Maria at the store and then referred to the Manager on Duty, Aaron, for resolution. We came to an agreement quickly and efficiently with the items I ordered in hand. So, 4 stars because I had to go back to store to get the rest of my order, but 5 stars for customer resolution and management.

The self checkouts were extremely filthy. It was disgusting! Every one of them was so sticky & dirty. Even the credit card machine was gross. I have worked as a cashier before & I always kept the register's clean. Including the self checkouts.

I recently wanted to purchase lottery tickets at the customer service counter but was told cash only. As I stated the Wis.state statute citing that I could use a debit card, I was cut off by the store manager, Carl by putting his hand up to infer "Shut up." I told Carl that behavior was not tolerated nor professional. I went home and called the corporate office to complain. I was told to expect a response within 2 days. I had not so I called the corporate office today (2 weeks later) and was told the store manager, Carl had already reached out to me. I informed Corporate Customer Service Rep that Carl had not reached out to me and wanted to know why he lied because in the response, it did not include my response! This store needs a new manager ASAP!

It's ok. If you need to run in for something they usually have it. Don't expect high quality in the produce or meat section. There is nothing to really write home about in the store. Some of the cashiers are so overly chatty it can be annoying. It's close and convenient but I hate to see what will happen to it once Mejier is open.
