I live outside of the Muskego area but am willing to drive to the Muskego Pick N Save because it far exceeds my neighborhood store. The food selection here is always good and rarely are products out of stock. I wouldn't say a grocery store necessarily has an ambiance, however, what they do have is clean shelves, friendly staff, a variety of products, and a professional attitude and demeanor. Some Pick N Save stores could use this store in Muskego as a model on how to do it right. Thank you Muskego Pick N Save for always being friendly and professional towards customers

If I could put ZERO I would! What is the Sense of having a rewards card, when the deals are on e-coupon! I don't even get the Decency of looking through an ad?! And frequency is impossible inside the store! Not everyone has time or a computer at home ,to go through your ads to see if it's on the rewards card or E-coupon!! Ever since Roundy's has gone. Everything stinks!! If you disagree, here's some pictures!

Usually a pick n save regular but the current manager needs to recognize his demographics as does cooperate. Their elderly population (flip phone users) are not all necessarily computer able and as a result have no way to add digital coupons to their cards. Maybe they need to come up with a way for the non computer capable to download them to their cards at the store much like Woodmans provides a place for people to print out current coupons on specials. Possibly a way to insert their cards in a kiosk and tap on the digital deals they'd want making these deals available to all their shoppers. That aside New manger in store doesn't value the elderly shoppers like other managers.

Overall the store is good. What I don't get is when you buy lunch meat, either pre packaged by the deli or directly from the deli, they tape the tag over the top of the zipper bag covering the zipper and folding the bag with the sticker. What is the point of a reusable zipper bag for your lunch meat when you have to rip the bag open and wreck the zipper part to get access to the meat itself. Doesn't it make more sense to just slap the sticker on the bag not covering the zipper so you can reuse it like it is intended for?

since Kroger bought the store it's been a disaste. Much lower grade employee, coupons are a disaster to use or understand , corporate office thinks they are doing a good job. Miss the old McAdams owned Pick N Save. Kroger = COMPLETE FAILURE. Shop elsewhere!

I had a great experience today at the Muskego Pick N' Save. After having some trouble finding an item I spoke with a man stocking shelf's named Elliott. He quickly guided me to the item I wanted to find. When I went to the register to check out I was greeted with a friendly hello by the cashier Abbby. She had a friendly conversation with me and did a great job. My bagger Adam said hello and friendly asked me paper or plastic. He bagged my groceries better than anyone else I've ever had before. Overall I had a great experience and would go again. The only problem I had was with digital coupons.

called Muskego, WI pick n save, talked to someone in.produce asking if they had the sale $2.49 cherries left in stock was told yes LOTS. On line said you needed to be a member AND ALSO clip the on line coupon to your account to get the sale price. Went to store just for cherries. Got to store and they DID NOT have ANY $2.49 cherrie. ONly had different brand at $3.99. So selected those only to find out when I got to the check out they were $4.99 a #. Showed my on line membership as well as the clipped coupon I had from the other cherries. Was told these cherries were on sale for $3.99 ONLY if I had a fresh perks membershi. Asked what's the differenc. was told"they're not the same. So had to pay $4.99 per pound of cherries when I was expecting to pay $2.49 per pound. I called store, took time to clip the coupon from my on-line membership and paid double the advertisEd price. NO MORE P& S shopping for me. Always a price problem when you get to the coilunter.

A few months ago I was treated rudely by a cashier. That situation Also ended up with me being overcharged on several items totaling over $7. Today I am out just short of $11. I can't afford to shop at Pick N Save on Janesville anymore. I have been shopping there for over 20 years. Not sure what their problem is, but I give up. I will go elsewhere.

This locations hot food bar is absolutely disgusting. The chicken tenders must have been there many hours/days? These people have no interest in customer satisfaction. They may also not care if their customers get sick. There is nothing you really need to buy from these people. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY! You'll be happy if you do!!!
