The staff is pretty friendly and pretty helpful and knowledgable. The older gentleman working the checkout was very low and talkative.The customers I have noticed to be very unnecessarily helpful and friendly. I suppose that is the perk of being a friendly fellow that is confined to a wheelchair.

MillerLite is co promoting $4.00 off with a purchase of a case of Miller and Johnsonville bratwurst family pack. Sadly each customer who wants this promotion must exit the beer side of the store and go into the store and pick up your brats walk casually out the door to the liquor store to complete this transaction. On the same day the Budweiser vendor left a bunch of coupons all over the chip section for $4.00 off any bag of chips with a purchase of a case of Budweiser. Another fail so I pulled off 25 coupons that have expired 10 days ago. You're welcome....Brainless. Will it change I doubt it do they care. I doubt it. Why it's not my job. Came here for a few items with family. Some of the shelves were cluttered with food and groceries while others in the refrigerated and deli section were quite bare. The lines were long and slow and customer service needs to do better with getting its customers out.

Expired food purchased again! Downgrading my original review because how hard is it to review your inventory?!Forget this store.

Cheese Nips have always offended me! LOL Visited my sis in Milwaukee, WI. This is where they shop. It's a version of Pack N Save or Grocery Outlet. Place was clean and pricing was good. The only thing is the cashiers are super slow. They accept coupons and also do double coupons for extra savings if you're into couponing (my sister is). Yup that's it.

Cashiers are slow & sparse. Five PM on Friday & only 4 lanes open. Each lane had 5 plus customers waiting. It took me 18 minutes to navigate the line & checkout. Not cool! Especially when you see employees walking around like they're bored. They looked like managers in their white button up collard shirts with ties. Grab a register Pilgrim & hook us customers up. I didn't expect to camp out here! For some reason this location does not have self checkouts. What a bummer, I only had 1 item.

I visited this store when it was new and a couple of years later again. It was full of good stuff, very clean, and very busy. Yesterday I had to re-visit this store and found it in a horrible state. I grabbed the last available cart at the entrance. The bad smell hits right at the entrance. Few stands at the beginning were stocked ok. however, stands behind them had lots of empty space. The fresh vegetable shelf on the left seemed ok but came close to it and found out the sprinkler on vegetables, was broken and leaked water on the floor, and good size puddle on the floor. Store employees left it the way it is except they put a caution sign in front of it. Passing by fish and open coolers are, was pretty brutal. I didn't even want to come close to those open coolers. Store seem could use more products. On the way out, confusing product deals were displayed but I was so annoyed with the poor condition of the store, I didn't even stop to investigate and maybe swap with what I had. On the way to the cashier and away from the checkout area, There was a strange smell like weed. Let's rewind this a bit. The cashier was very friendly and caring enough. I did not smell weed by him or at least the smell didn't get stronger. maybe the weed smell was from a customer. That also means the store didn't have enough employees to enforce customers or employees not to smoke in the store. I was able to find %75 of what I was looking for. Run out of the store without even looking at my receipt to see how much the shopping cost was.

They are typically out of standard items like, bread, chicken, seafood items. It's also a little nuts that if you want to purchase crab legs they have to take them to the register. Also the deli staff is pretty rude and never do a cater order. We need another grocer option!

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! Today is November 25th an hour before closing and they had Turkey and Ham from June and July out for sale. I asked the cashier for a manager and she was too busy on her phone. She told me there was no one there. I asked for a supervisor at customer service and the lady there told me she don't take complaints to call in the morning and ask to speak to a manager. Neither of them had on name tags! The Cashier, the girl in self checkout and the "supervisor" were all on their phones WHILE WORKING. The girl in self checkout was even on FACETIME and I saw her pointing her camera towards a customer who was dressed in dirty clothes as if she was making fun of the customer!!! This place is seriously falling apart!!! I will never step foot in this place again. I've found expired food in grocery, in produce and now in meat Dept. They do NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR COMMUNITY! Customer service is TERRIBLE!!

This store is awful. It's cluttered and not very clean. There is a persistent shopping cart shortage, despite the fact the crew is constantly working to retrieve them. Went there with a 12 item shopping list and couldn't find 5 of them (including basic staples like tapioca, fresh garlic, and granulated beef bouillon). Staff was little help finding anything (responses ranged from "try aisle 7" to "if we have it, it's over there"). This store is so inferior to the Metro Mart on 128th and Capitol (where the selection is much better and the staff is truly helpful) that even though it's a lot further away I'll do my shopping there (I'm not hostile to the chain, just disappointed in this store).
