I have only used pick up and I only had one good experience from three visits. The online manager is an absolute doll but the other staff seem to live up to the stereotypes of the post COVID work force. I also am not a fan of the two pick up parking spots. Such a shame.

It's the best Pick'n Save I've been to, clean, fresh bright produce, good size. Like other Pick'n Saves they are short handed but the employees here seem a little happier than at the others I've been to. Ample parking, convenient location, and prices better than the Sendik's down the road.

This store continues to go downhill. They continually switch things from aisle to aisle on a daily basis with no rhyme or reason. Asking for help seems equivalent to asking them to give you $1000. They are unwilling to do either, and appear put out and offended that I even asked.I have never been to a grocery store that randomly drops so many items on a regular basis. In the recent past this store has dropped frozen mixed vegetables, canned wax beans, and canned whole potatoes. These are three food staples of every grocery store I have ever visited in my life. The only two positives are that the store manager, Jody, is a very nice man, and that there are other grocery stores in the area. Unfortunately, I do not anticipate shopping at this store ever again.

I moved here from a different area out to Franklin. This is where I try to do most of my shopping. Here's the problem, and I don't understand this. Why are the shelves being stocked on a Saturday instead of near the end of the week so items are ready for the people who need to shop on Saturdays? A LOT of the, admittedly, popular items weren't in stock at all in the frozen food cases. Some of this may be due to delivery schedules, but if that's the case, you need to talk to your distributor and work to find a solution which seems to plague this store more than the other Pick 'n Save stores.

Always out of items!! I went today with a small list of things to get. I needed fresh green beans. They had been out of them for almost a week. I wanted to get a particular ice cream that was on sale. There wasn't one single container of the ice cream and no signs indicating that they were out of them. I picked out 2 - 20 oz bottles of Gatorade only to be told at checkout that they are not sold singly even though there were about 50 individual bottles of all different flavors on the refrigerated shelf AND on sale 2/$3. So she wouldn't let me purchase them!! This is all aside from the fact that, when I download the weekly digital coupons, none of them come up on sale at checkout! I need to stop going to this store just because it's a little bit more convenient than a nearby Sendiks.

Unfortunately this pick n safe(in Franklin WI) used to be my favorite grocery store ...but after being managed by Kroger it's not doing good anymore...I'm struggling with expired stuff all the time like I can't pick anything in a hurry I have to keep looking for the date which is expired most of the time specially in refrigerators sections.

I bought my niece a Pick N Save e-gift card online and the e-gift card was forwarded to her email for use. I also called the store in Waterford, WI and asked if they accepted e-gift cards at that location. Today, my niece went to use the e-gift card and the way that the manager (Angela) handled the situation is very unacceptable. She did not even want to accept the e-gift card, made a big scene and told my niece about people scamming. If my niece was dressed in professional dress attire would Angela made a big scene and accuse her of trying to scam them? This embarrassed my niece which is unacceptable. And after all of the items were rang up, the e-gift card worked! Imagine that! Why does Pick N Save offer e-gift cards if they don't want to accept them or embarrass people using the e-gift card? How embarrassing. She will not be shopping at that Pick N Save anymore
