This is our go to place for Vietnamese! The location is extremely convenient and it's good for take out or dine in! The customer service when dining in was great! Attentive staff. The food is phenomenal. I think we've tried pretty much everything - bahn mi, beef salad, vermicelli noodles - everything has been phenomenal.

If you were to ask me where to eat pho, I would happily tell you the best places to go. I could eat pho every day and have discovered some hidden gems along the way. I've been to this place many times, always giving it another chance, but I keep forgot why I am disappointed all the time.This time, I found a piece of hair in my meat, and that really grossed me out!

Stopped in for the first time at 11am on a Sunday after running some errands. The restaurant was steadily filling up with families, looks like a total locals spot. Got pork banh mi and pho to go and I am impressed. The banh mi is especially delicious, super soft and fresh bread and packed full of meat. The broth of the pho is flavorful and they are generous with the add ins. As I was leaving I saw some delicious plates on the tables of other customers. I will absolutely come back here.

It was a rainy Sunday and my husband wanted pho date night. Because, pho and rain pair well together in his estimation. Enter Pho Saigon.Pho Saigon is a pho spot in West Allis serving up some fragrant and delicious eats. It was the perfect spot for a rainy day date night. We began our experience with the vegetarian rolls, which was fresh and fabulous and came with peanut dipping sauce--honestly, what's not to love?For his main, my husband ordered the tofu and vegetable pho which he thoroughly enjoyed. I tried the broth, which was pitch perfect. I ordered the stir fried vegetables with tofu from their rice menu. The veggies came sauced and peppered with a cup of rice beside. Everything was perfectly fresh and delicious. It was also ample! I had to box some up to go.The service was great. Our food came out so quickly and our water was kept full. Get to it!

Wanted some good pho on a very cold Wisconsin winter day. It had been awhile since I've come here but I remembered it being the perfect balanced broth. And it did not disappoint. It wasn't too busy and the service was smooth for lunch on a weekend. My girlfriend and I ordered crab rangoons, and grilled beef rolls to start. Those came out relatively quick. The crab rangoons were your typical cream cheese crab rangoons. The grilled beef rolls were pretty good, had a nice texture and flavorful bite with the sauce that comes with it. I ordered the pho dac biet which is the combo and my gf ordered the bun Bo hue. The pho was just as I remembered, gives you that warm comforting feeling inside. Plenty of noodles and meats. My gf's dish had good flavor as well. No complaints from us. Also not pictured were the Vietnamese hot coffee and Vietnamese iced coffee. A little far from our usual spots but definitely worth making our way here!

I stopped in a bit last-minute before closing, craving some pho to help clear my sinuses and shake off feeling under the weather. It really hit the spot! I had the spring rolls with peanut sauce and the P2 Pho Combo - everything was fresh, and the broth was delicious. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area!

We ordered some dishes from this restaurant via DoorDash recently because an acquaintance liked the Phở he had at another local restaurant owned by the same people. The two of us just selected three dishes based on customer ratings at DoorDash: Shaken Beef Tenderloin, Bánh Mì with Grilled Pork, and Phở with Meat Balls. Shaken Beef Tenderloin evidently used meat of very good quality that was tender with few chewy parts, and the stir fly dish was very tasty. The grilled pork and pickled vegetables in the Bánh Mì offered a balanced and very pleasing flavor profile, and the baguette was soft and crispy. The vegetables in the Phở were fresh, and the stock was rich and flavorful, although the meat balls were a little bland. We probably should have selected a different meat choice for our Phở, such as tenderloin or well-done brisket. Overall, we liked our food quite a lot. The only downside was the sweetness of the dishes - more than what we would prefer.

Had their vermicelli noodles and grilled pork and it was pretty good! Their service was speedy and staff all super friendly. As a Vietnamese person, their bun bo hue (spicy beef soup) and what I got tasted pretty good. I haven't tried their pho yet but I'll be back! Overall would recommend coming here if you want some Vietnamese food.

Nothing makes a cool day better than a warm bowl of pho. I ordered the Large P5. I was HUNGRY. Pho Saigon has yet to disappoint. The service was very quick. My water was promptly refilled. The food came out quickly. I devoured my bowl. The flavors were good. The broth was flavorful. Hands down, the best pho in West Allis for me. I love to add my chili oil and hoisin sauce. I consistently come back here due to the service and food quality.

First time customer, got a takeout order. Got the combo pho, shrimp spring rolls, pineapple fried rice and lemongrass beef over vermicelli noodles. Everything was delicious! You can't screw up pho too badly, and they certainly didn't. Fragrant and delicious. Love the added Thai basil; some added mint would make it even better. The spring rolls were so fresh. The lemongrass beef was tender, and the serving was generous. The pineapple fried rice was a nice surprise. I've had this at other similar restaurants, and it's usually white rice with canned pineapple chunks mixed in. This was actual fried rice (with the veggies and egg) with pineapple, and it was delicious. The entire order was quality food that we'll get several meals out of. The guy who checked out my order said "maybe next time you'll dine in!" I'd love to next time I'm in the area. Highly recommended.
