I am a chicken junkie. I have lived all over the U.S. and I can say without a doubt this is the best chicken I have ever had. The juicy flavor of this chicken has to be experienced. The skin is thin and flavorful not fat rubbery like most. I drive from Milwaukee to get this chicken. A little off the beaten path but well worth it.
