Pepino's Pizza & Ristorante

My friend said he came here as a kid -- and that's what it feels like: a familiar place that serves a consistent menu to its regulars :) Garlic bread with cheese had a good amount of garlic butter (never enough for me!) and my pizza was really good--I was excited for my leftovers the next day. All staff were kind and the timing on everything was quick!

This local Italian restaurant is a great place to go for a relatively inexpensive Italian restaurant. We had a half order of garlic bread, a small pizza, and a beef ravioli for under $50. The beef ravioli comes out piping hot and is easily enough for two meals. Other restaurants might give you 6 small pieces of ravioli, but not at Pepinos. The servers were great and they saw that my parents were both using walkers and they gave us a perfect table with plenty of space for my parents to put their walkers and made it easy for them to get in and out. Will definitely be back.

Too bad they weren't on GordonRamsey kitchen nightmares. Older white lady 60s rude, loud voice at the staff and awful demanding of the customers. She barked at us in a total Karen like voice that we would wait at least 20 minutes because they were short staffed three times as it was more like 45 minutes.The food was good but I can tell why they were short staffed - if she's the boss they probably have high turnover

We went to Pepino's for a family birthday celebration. As part of the order, my son-in-law ordered the breaded eggplant. As the order was being delivered, the server stumbled and spilled the entire dish over me onto the floor. There was no apology.My coat, which was draped over the back of my chair copped the brunt of the spillage, but I also got splashed on my shirt and pants.After cleaning up the mess, the dinner proceeded until it was time for the bill. The bill was for the ENTIRE order. No compensation for the mess made of my clothes, let alone the possibility of staining of my coat from the tomato marinara (it had only been wiped over)!! When I asked if there was any compensation for the mess, the server said that she would ask and scurried away to the back. She arrived almost immediately with the amended bill (minus the cost of ONE glass of wine), suggesting the adjusted bill had already been prepared since insufficient time had elapsed for it to be re-rung before her return!!This was the WORST service that I have ever received at any restaurant. The server was lousy and the compensation for the damage and inconvenience caused through NO FAULT of mine, was beyond. We will NOT be back here ever again.

Good pizza and nice people giving quality customer service, no complaints here. We patronize them at least 4 times a year,would be more but it's a little bit of a drive from where I live.

Probably the best pizza in Menomonee Falls, but $30 for an EBA pizza is insane. I will be eating a lot more frozen pizza's I guess. To bad, I really like that place.

Excellent service, attention and food. Pizza is top notch. Also had mostacolli which was a fav of the kids. Nice work

Chicken parmigiana So much breading it was almost soggy. Somewhere under the breading was chicken. Tomato sauce tasted like out of a jar, not homemade. PizzaPerson in party had pizza. Seemed undercooked as cheese was white- no nice browning. Maybe not used to this pizza- awfully thick crust. Person had 1 piece-hmmmm?!? 2other people had fish.Shrimp scampi. Was goodBaked cod with lemon sauce-was good.Service. Okay. Screwed up side order and slow on drink refill. Had to ask again. Ambiance- typical Italian restaurant decor. Not impressed with this place. Sorry, next time I'll drive a bit further and go to Olive Garden. Get more chicken for your money and breading not overwhelming and "soggy". Plus, tomato sauce tastes better.

Good drinks, good service, good food, nice atmosphere. Worth the trip. Ownership appears to still be involved and keeps things running smooth. Many of the franchises loose control and seem to hire management who do not seem to care. Thanks.
