I really don't understand all the negative reviews of this most awesome restaurant and grill which I visited for the first time tonight! This staff was super welcoming and friendly and the food was awesome! The mahi-mahi was to die for and while I was there was a bit of a wait for the food because they were a bit backed up, it was well worth the wait! Lindsay our waitress was super friendly, efficient and helpful! There was also an older gentleman helping out and he was also super friendly and welcoming! The patio has a great atmosphere And the menu iffers some of the best food I've had in Port Washington! The grilled blackened mahi-mahi is particularly remarkable! They have all kinds of fish specials on Friday along with burgers and appetizers! I how do you recommend the patio for a fun outing in Port Washington with delicious food and super friendly and welcoming staff!

We enjoy this restaurant. We like the fish fry. Great flavor fish. Wish the pieces were a little bigger or more of them. But it's really great tasting fish. Fun atmosphere. I like to sit outside or when we go in we play pool.

Honestly, we've given this restaurant a few chances since it's so close to our home but after this last experience we will not be going back. The service usually takes a very long and the wait staff has been rude every time I've came. This last time, my boyfriend went to pick up our food order and they would not give it to him because it was under my name and not his. He proceeded to tell him everything that was on the order but for some reason he still didn't believe them and literally kicked my boyfriend out of the restaurant for "wasting their time", the order was prepaid for and they still won't issue me a refund.

Friday evening at 6 o'clock we had a group of 25-30 people. My grandparents and whole family come to port every year and we decided to eat at The Patio despite the terrible customer service reviews. NEVER again will we step foot in this place. The owner refused to give us an extra table when we didn't have enough room. He stated he was saving it for other paying customers. When asked why our money wasn't sufficient he flat out said "I am not giving you more room" after my cousin approached him he then said some racist comments towards our biracial children. Our money wasn't good enough because both my wife and I as Well as our cousins kids are biracial and he didn't want them in his restaurant. It's disgusting and sad that this is even an issue. It's ridiculous. I honestly dont know how they are still opened. To rate them as a 1 star is generous. They should get no star at all.

This place is horrendous! The service received was by far the worst I ever experienced. My beautiful friend rented out the other room for her baby shower and Upon arrival I see the poor girl sweating, It was a humid day and the room was very stuffy due to this. Her mom asked the ladies working if there was air conditioning we could put on and according to her mom the ladies was very rude and said open a window. The windows that do open are on the very top and a ladder is needed to open them, something you don't want a customer to do since that could lead to a fall and an insurance claim. I searched the place and finally found the air, no thanks to the staff that never check up on the party. Later that day I was at the bar greeting one of my friends, the waitress working very rudely told me while huffing and puffing "can you not block this pathway?" Look I get @she was over whelmed and yes I was in the pathway, but if you can't be kind to your customers you're in the wrong business. All she had to say was excuse me can I just have you move to the side a little bit I don't want to run you over, or something like that in a kind tone. There was no excuse for her delivery. The food at this place also isn't great either. Not sure how it's still around

For bar food, this place really exceeded my expectations. There was a large menu to choose from.

If zero stars was a rating, that's what I would give this place.Waited for an hour, the food never came. The manager charged us for drinks and sent us on our way.Nobody here seems to care about their customers at all.

We didn't have a great experience here years ago, but my husband and I decided to give it another shot. Pretty much had an identical experience.We ended up being here for two hours for burgers. Service was seriously SLOW. When the food came, it was decent bar food, but nothing more. Burgers seemed premade, not worth asking by how I wanted my burger--how it comes, it comes. Hubby got fries that were good, but certainly not hot. Got cheesecake to go. Fine, but not terrific. Overall, fine, but nothing great--and be prepared to be there a LONG TIME.

Came in on 7/2 for Fish Fry, excellent service, and great fish and sides. We came on a Friday @5pm and got seated right away on the patio. There are lots of hater reviews but I think these are just jerks looking to scam a free meal. We have been there twice in the last 2 weeks, and great each time. Wings and pizza are excellent also.
