The staff is so friendly and helpful you will not find better bakery at their prices. Round loaf of cinnamon bread for $3.00 Is incredible.

Stopped in a little before noon for a quick snack. Probably should of kept driving.I passed by this place probably about a million times and I've always been curious. I walked in to a decent variety of pastries and donuts for the late morning on a weekday. Upon entering, I saw a sign on the register that said there's a $5 minimum on credit. Since I usually don't carry cash, I decided to shop the bread section as well. I do love a good loaf of bread. I grabbed a loaf of Egg Bread, a loaf of Cinnamon Raisin Bread and a Cherry Turnover. It was priced reasonably, especially since the loaves were pretty big for bakery bread. Total came out to $6.31.There was one lady working the counter and the phones in back, and it seems this bakery is doing big wholesale business since she had to take about 3 calls before she helped me out and rang me up. Not a big deal, I'm pretty patient. But you'd think she would at least get the order right. I asked for a cherry turnover, started eating it a few miles away and realized it was an apple turnover. Good thing I'm not allergic to apples, I would have been dead.As soon as I got home, I tried the bread. The Egg Bread was good but not great. It's soft and it's pretty good for making sandwiches. The Cinnamon Raisin Bread however was the worst I've ever had, and I've had a lot of Cinnamon Raisin Bread. It's like they took the Egg Bread, pressed 3 raisins into it and threw a pinch of cinnamon at it from three feet away. I have to fold a slice in half to get any taste of cinnamon. Not good at all.I'm probably not going back.

I first set my eyes on Papa's donuts in college. They would deliver them fresh every morning, except weekends. If there's one good thing about me it's that I don't need overly complex donuts. Papa's hits the spot in that their donuts are really just classic. I like donuts without filling and not chocolate frosted. Papa's doesn't fill their donuts traditionally in that you almost will never find surprise Bavarian creme in the middle. Bavarian creme tastes like it's made with the devil's skin flakes. After twenty five years of life, Papa's made me enjoy eating chocolate frosted donuts. I took a chance once when I saw they fill their donuts with WHIPPED CREAM. It's not even the horrible fake stuff; it's obviously home made. Sometimes they surprise you with chocolate whipped cream. Either way Papa's revived my love of donuts. Aren't donuts the only thing that matters in life besides cats?

Unbelievable Yelpers that I am actually the first to Yelp about this place! We have been coming here for more than a decade stocking up on the Reduced Bakery goods.Rolls, buns, loafs and some surprises, Papas is one of the reasons I can't seem to lose weight as much as I should. Reduced packages are priced depending on overstock from just 25 cents to a maximum of $1 each. Timing is everything but always worth stopping by when in the area. Three weeks ago it was four packages for $1, this past Friday, $1 each. The quality and taste will have you sold regardless, but get there early while supplies last. Papas also sells retail with limited qualities and you can even order specialty cakes for weddings and other events. They supply hundreds of retail businesses in the region and will welcome you daily. You can call ahead to check on pricing.

Good things and are much better than the standard shopping places. People are nice. Service is great. the store is clean and hey try it you'll like it.

I stopped in for a treat with a couple of friends. I got the cheese pocket (similar to a cheese Danish) and it was yummy! The staff cleared off a table for us to sit and chat. I'll be back but will get it to go.

A cool place to order delicious cakes. I didn't buy a fancy one with decoration so can't comment on those but I definitely rate this bakery for the taste of their chocolate frosted marble cake. Delicious!

Any of there donuts with chocolate are a hit . Prices are reasonable. Service was friendly but you have to get there early for their best donuts: chocolate with a whipped creme filling or they are sold out.
