Papa Johns Pizza

Online specials need to be placed online, even if you go into the store. Not the employees fault, don't yell at them! Our pizza and bread sticks were great, makes me nostalgic for my 20's and ability to eat this pizza everyday! What a nice treat, I just wish there was a closer location

I've gone here 2 times and both times have been incredibly disappointing. My girlfriend and I have tried multiple Papa Johns locations and have agreed this stores pizzas taste the worst and "least like a papa Johns pizza". If you want papa Johns in west allis. Save yourself the hassle and drive an extra 8 minutes to a different store.

Got home with my pizza from the restaurant on 75th. Greenfield in west Allis. The pepper they gave me looks like someone but it I'm half. That's horrible especially given this pandemic. I called the store and asked for a manager. The girl said hold on. She came back to phone and asked what I wanted since the manager was too busy to talk to me. Oh, and when I picked up my pizza only one customer was in store and zero parking spots.

I ordered the jalapeño bites expecting a decent meal. Boy was wrong. Some asshole just filled it with so many jalapeños. I had to take out at least 15 jalapeños out of each bite before I could attempt to eat one.With so many jalapeños, the juice started to percolate in the bites, making its own white sauce

I sat on the phone for 20 minutes ordering my food. (A pizza and breadsticks). They tell me it'll be 35-45 minutes. We sit and wait...wait...they charged us it has to be coming. Nope. They charged back my account and no pizza. No phone call or anything to tell us. They just canceled my order. By then it was too late to order more food. Thanks for nothing. This place is a joke. I should have read the reviews before wasting my time.

Absolutely do not order from this establishment. They are completely incompetent in their service. We ordered a pizza with sides, yet never received the pizza. We attempted to correct with the driver, who took the tip and ran. I spent 45 minutes on the phone stuck on hold because the manager was incompetent. After multiple calls, I was met with another useless worker who didn't know how to handle the issue. They said they'd refund the entire order, but quickly changed it to just the pizza. This establishment should have compensated for the items or thrown in an extra side for such a negative experience. Will never purchase from this chain again.

Was looking to try something different in way of pizza options, first tried ordering a Shaqpepperoni off the website menu, and then told they dont offer anymore. Ordered a thin crust pepperoni, and ive had better $5 frozen pizzas. Tasteless sauce, bland and tasteless pepperoni, and minimal cheese. Very orverrated, perhaps just got a bad pizza, bad night, but disappointed.

Tried to take picture, but they spotted me. Something you have to see to believe. The guy stretching the dough out had no gloves on. Pants we sagging, underwear showing, flour all over the back and sides of his pants because after every pizza he stretched he would pull his pants back up to his waist and repeat the process. Crazier thing is he had a belt on.....

I ordered online at 5pm for a 9:15 pm delivery for a daughters bday party. 9:30 I call as pizza not here. The answering message tells me my pizza will come at 10:15. No call, no email, no text. I call and there is no answer but a vm loop. What terrible customer service. I am so frustrated. Answer your phone!!

Bad customer service. Not polite, rude - definitely need an attitude change. If you want medium at pizza at beet with poor attitude - call this place.
