This is super funny, Taco Bell across the street and they probably have no idea the real deal is right across from them.

Smells and looks good but very dry and crumbly, perfectly good for a milk shake idea.

This may be my favorite spot to eat in Waukesha. Right inside this Spanish grocery store is an amazing quick service restaurant. Breakfast, lunch, dinner you are covered with a delicious meal that comes out quick and budget friendly. Pastor, chorizo, carnitas, steak, shrimp, and more, all of which are high quality seasoned cuts that are delicious. I always default to the spit-grilled, fresh sliced, al pastor pork if it is available, as it is by far the best al pastor I've found in the entire Milwaukee area. So much al pastor around here is super dry, tough or unseasoned, yet Panos has it perfected. Plus, I don't know what they do to their refried beans but they are the best. Also, the amount of bulk hot food orders that come out of this kitchen is crazy! Which leads me to Pro tip No. 01: Party trays. Be the king of the party and bring one of these bad boys. 20 tacos with your choice of meat served Mexican Style (onions and cilantro) or American Style (cheese and lettuce). Pro tip No. 02: Juice bar. Panos is first and foremost a grocery store, so they have access to fresh fresh fruit which means their juice bar is a must stop. Dangit. Now I'm craving a mangonada!Pro tip No. 03: Meat counter. The selection here is incredible and sports so many meats and specialty cuts you can't find anywhere else, like cabeza. Always fresh cut, lean and delicious. Even special orders are never a problem!

This place has the best ground beef tacos I have ever had! Service is great also! They are also inside a grocery store in which they carry some great products also. Their meat section has some really good fajita meat that you take home and cook yourself.

I'm always looking for the not so well known/off the radar places and I stunbled on this place during a breakfast search, don't ask me why yelp thought a Mexican grocery store was under breakfast but I looked at it and I saw carnitas. There is not a lot of bulk carnitas places that I can think of so I'm definitely keeping this in mind. It was Sunday and I wanted a good authentic carnitas lunch so I called first to make sure that the hot food was available, weekends/Sunday's can be completely different from week days in the food game, it's available so I drove over. The store it self is a small Mexican market with everything you would imagine from produce to deli, frozen to canned. There was a nice fresh baked section with bread/sweets, I grabbed the red/white ball thing. Unlike the one review I was treated well by the men in the meat/hot food department. There is no menu for the hot food so what you see is what you get and I didn't know what it all was and there was pre package items that all sold out to the people in front of me, who knows what that was.I was there for the carnitas so I asked the guy if I can get a plate with carnitas, rice and beans. After asking twice he understood what I wanted and made me a plate. The plate looked very good and was heavy on the carnitas, he nailed the plate.WOW the first taste of the carnitas was amazing, this was the authentic lunch that I was looking for. The carnitas were very flavorful and seasoned well, this just might be the best carnitas that I can remember having. The rice was firm and separated, no mush here with peas, corn and carrots. The beans were thick and smooth but the sides were not the stars of this plate today. This is definitely the place for carnitas and I'm so glad I stopped by, why is all the good stuff a drive away.
