Came here for Mother's Day. We had a reservation but still had to wait. The line to the buffet was way too long and the food was cold and gross. Not even the Pepsi was good. Glasses were dirty and the plates were wet. Waste of money . Horrible experience.

A decent spot for classic breakfast food options. Food and service is attentive. Servers will keep your coffee filled to the brim if you so please. An error was made with our food, but was quickly corrected by our server. No gripes with the pancake cafe

Many menu items to choose from for breakfast and lunch. Can't go wrong here for classic breakfast options. Enjoyed our feast! Filling and tasted good !Ordered for pick up and was ready in 20 minutes or so. Staff is friendly and the music playing was upbeat, fun!

I'm usually hungry after eating at a breakfast diner because it's breakfast, isn't everyone starving when they wake up? I was particularly very freaking hungry this morning and we came to eat here. They were pretty busy, and as a group of five, we got seated quickly. We got our drinks right after ordering them which was nice.I was with four coffee lovers who drink coffee like a fish. Our waitress was attentive and kept coming around refilling everyone's coffee at various times. I ordered this veggie plate with scrambled eggs, but when the food came, the eggs were fried instead. I didn't say anything because, honestly, it looked so good. I was actually happy they brought me fried eggs instead and everyone else's food was correct and hot. It was a delicious plate of food, which was also very filling. I liked it and mostly liked the big windows that provided natural light to the whole place.

Wow! What a complete and total embarrassment. Server lacked the attention span to remember anything. Asked if we wanted straws, wife said yes, I said no. Server comes back with waters and no straw in wife's water. While looking through menu noticed small stickers after some of the menu items but was unable to figure out what they were for. The favorites and veg thumbnail behind other items was easy to understand and menu clearly had legend explain at bottom of page. Server came back, asked us if we wanted straws, wife said yes and got straw. Server begins to take food orders and I ask what the little sticker with three * mean. She looked throughly confused and shocked and said "I don't know" and left it at that. No effort to find out or ask someone else who worked there what it meant. As she stood there thinking she decided to go with "oh those are items you can order with options". This after looking at the items again made no sense but what I was ordering didn't have that behind it anyways so we just ordered. We both ordered the same thing, sausage eggs Benedict with hash browns and added American cheese and fried onions to them.Server went and put the order in. Food came out in an acceptable timeframe. Server asked if we needed anything else and we politely asked for ketchup for the hash browns. Server disappeared after and we never saw her again.Cut into eggs Benedict and both our orders were completely overcooked inside. Part of the experience of eating Benedict's is seeing the yolk run out when you cut into them. These were not properly poached eggs and from the looks of the yolks I'd be willing to bet the poached eggs were made ahead of time which is done in many restaurants but they were improperly reheated which is pretty hard to mess up. We were both disappointed but came to the conclusion we didn't want to eat our meals. We were waiting for the server to return with ketchup so we could tell her but eventually had to go to the front and tell the manager that we needed to leave and couldn't wait for our food to be remade. No apologies from manager, didn't seem to care in the least. Was happy to write off our meal and let us walk out the door still hungry and disappointed. Server had zero common sense or concept of efficiency of motion while working the sections and straight up forgot our ketchup and never returned. With how expensive everything has become I felt compelled to write this review to hopefully prevent anyone from eating here who maybe is conflict averse and having to have an unsatisfying meal with terrible service because you don't want to feel like a jerk. Jokes on us for giving them our time and business. The negative reviews are accurate.Would avoid while they slowly circle the drain.

Yikes. Menu prices are apparently not the same as what they will actually charge you.. server didn't check in at all after the food came. Just brought the bill. Asked server about the prices and she didn't know. Got someone else (manager maybe? Really unprofessional if so) and she argued about the prices. Bad food. Very bland. Not worth the money that they don't tell you they will charge you.

Staff is very friendly, and service was good, but the food was terrible. Everything tasted like margarine, and was oddly sweet. Except for the water which was salty? It was the day after Thanksgiving, so maybe just the B team, but super overpriced for the quality.

Breakfast Burrito$11.493 Scrambled eggs, fresh hashbrowns, bell peppers, diced ham and chorizo sausage rolled in a flour tortilla with melted pepper jack cheese. Served with a side of hashbrowns, our homemade salsa, and sour cream.Well, there sure weren't 3 eggs scrambled in it. The side of salsa and sour cream needs to be asked for. The bacon in the Bloody Mary definitely wasn't a good drink garnish. Totally dehydrated and broken in half.The coffee was good.The pancakes were good.The side order of bacon was definitely cooked, I mean dried out.The French Toast was pretty good.I'm glad I didn't order a fresh squeeze orange juice as are bill was already $68 before adding a tip.This was our fourth visit. We will try this one more time, before we go somewhere else.

Terrible food. Waited over 40 mins after ordering food and when it arrived it was awful. My turkey melt had one slice of cheese and one slice of meat. Screwed up a few orders too. Fries were barely done.
