I have gone to this restaurant twice now and the food, and service have been great and consistent. During our first visit my daughter had the all you can eat fried chicken special, which was on a Monday. To my surprise, they gave her 4 pieces of chicken and for an Italian restaurant to have fried chicken better than some restaurants that specialize in chicken was amazing. The chicken was flavorful and fresh. My wife and I had a pizza with many toppings including anchovy. The pizza was one of the best I have had in recent times since returning back to Milwaukee. The ingredients were fresh and flavorful and the pizza was cooked to perfection. During our second visit we all had separate pasta dishes and we all thoroughly enjoyed the food. My daughter had Chicken Alfredo and when asked to have the chicken breaded and fried they accommodated the request. My wife had the lasagna and she was happy and pleased. My dish was the veal parmigiana and I enjoyed my dish as well. There was a nice mural in the restaurant that made you feel you were in Italy and nice music being played. The waitress was friendly and personable and provide good service

Have driven past Paisano's numerous times, but never went in.We had tickets to a show at the South Milwaukee Arts Center,which is a short distance away, so we decided to give it a try.Went with friends of ours on a Friday night,expecting it to be packed for a fish fry,but it turned out to be busy ,but not packed. Service was a little on the slow side,but the food made up for it.Started with a cup of soup,clam chowder, very tasty,and my wife had chicken and dumpling, also tasty.This fish was crisp and flavorful and the batter was not overwhelming .The American fries were crisp, the way I like them.Had to ask for things like tasted sauce and aus jus, which should have been brought with the food.Were supposed to get pudding with our dinners,but that never came to.If not for these lapses,I would recommend more,as prices were reasonable.

Went here with my sister for dinner. The parking lot was absolutely packed, but it was more for the bar downstairs than the restaurant on the main level. We got seated right away. Staff were all very friendly. We both ordered the meat lasagna. We also ordered mozzarella sticks for an appetizer. The mozzarella sticks were okay. The meat lasagna came and the portion sizes were very generous. Very good lasagna! Make sure you come hungry! The meal came with a pudding dessert. I got the banana with whipped cream and it was delicious! Reminded us of the pudding we used to make when we were kids. The dining area is pretty decent sized so they can accommodate quite a few people. It was a nice layout and a very good experience! Definitely will return!

Horrible customer service. And way over priced. Went with my wife and 4 yr old daughter. Ordered mozzarella sticks and a large pepperoni pizza. Mozzarella sticks. Cold. Pizza ok. Waiter must been owners daughter. Lazy and never came around. Even after food came. She not once came and asked who's everything notjing. Lazy like her mom. Both sitting in kitchen. Even had to go get her for our check and she rolled her eyes at my daughter that accidentally dropped her fork. Trash. It was like noon. Only us and one old couple in there.

We ordered Friday12 piece fish fry family style. It was ready on time for pick up. Staff at counter were friendly and nice. The restaurant had diners that were eating inside. Seemed like an Elderly crowd and were spaced apart with covid precautions. We have never eaten inside. The fish was hot and tasty. The fries and coleslaw were good. It cost $24.95- a bit pricey. I would have loved if they included garlic bread with it. They did not, but I've heard the garlic bread is good. We would pick up food to go again.

If you want to enjoy classic Italian dishes in a nice, quaint, quiet atmosphere, then check out Paisanos Italian Restaurant. The food was absolutely wonderful, great portion sizes, fantastic variety of menu items, and the service was great.

False False False Advertisement.I completely understand businesses having to raise prices due to inflation, but listing promotions and prices online and then blindsiding customers by saying those prices aren't accurate is unacceptable. And blaming vendors as the reason you can't update your website is poor business practice. I'll take my business elsewhere from now on.

Recently moved here from Las Vegas, and just happened to stumble upon this place randomly. Been here 4 times in a two month span, and every time is perfection. Price is not only reasonable but generous. Large portions. Taste is amazing. Staff is very friendly, I believe somewhat family ran. You can tell the chef holds a passion for his cooking, and it shows through the flavor. There is one waitress in particular that goes above and beyond in her service. I didn't catch her name, but I believe she's blonde if I remember correctly. Overall it's truly a hidden gem in my book :)

I'm bewildered why this place has a rating as high as it does. Simply, the food is just not good. All over the menu they mention their homemade sauce, but the problem is, it's not good. Prices are average, portions are huge....and THAT is why this place gets any good ratings at all. The staff is friendly and attentive. I went in with a group of seven. Entrees with pasta are given 2 choices : spaghetti or mostaccioli. Appetizers came out quick (again, generous portions). Everyone got their food, except for me. Mine took ten minutes longer for some reason. Pizza dough was slightly underbaked. My spaghetti came out downing in their homemade sauce and had the texture of a noodle that had been sitting out and started drying out under a heat lamp. Now for the sauce...it's actually gross. It has no tell-tale signs of being homemade. The color is off, the texture is off, and more importantly, the flavor is off. It tastes and looks like a canned sauce that was then under seasoned. Seriously, this place only gets the reviews it does because of good front-end service and portion sizes. The quality of food is sub-par. If all you care about is leaving with leftovers and not the quality of food, this is the place for you. If you're looking for genuinely good Italian food, skip this place.
