Otto's Wine and Spirits - Menomonee Falls

If you can't find it here, you're not looking in the right place. (If you can't find it, just ask, the help knows where it all is and where it all goes.) The wine selection is unequaled in the area and the same can be said for beer.Of course, you can find all the usual suspects in the beer department, but if you crave something other than mass produced, horse (expletive deleted) you'll find all the popular micro brews from the area, plus plenty you never heard of. Lakefront, Sprecher, Spotted Cow, Point, they're all well represented here along with some that have very entertaining names.All the major distilleries are here, too. Pick your poison - if you can't find it, they can probably get it for you.

Terrific selection and people are helpful & friendly. Easy to locate what you're looking for. Prices are reasonable and competitive.

Great service during every visit, both the wine and beer guys know their stuff and are friendly and quick to help out!A good build-your-own 6-pack selection means the ability to try one beer instead of gambling on a whole 6-pack while a decent selection of large-format bottles keeps in rather steady rotation.I've found it easy to get what I'm looking for here.

Didn't have the beer i sought( Tommyknocker Butthead Bock), but they had a fairly wide selection of beers, wine, booze. For beers, they seemed to be big on bottles, light on cans, which is a concern to me as cans keep fresh beer fresher. One of these days, and I hope it is soon, craft brewers will offer cans more often...

Great selection and prices at this location! Customer service can't be beat here either, everytime I have needed a particular something or other or a new product I have just heard about, they are always on top of it for me and generally have it in less than a week.

Ottos has joined the 21st century and now has a computerized checkout system - so no more waiting for clerks to thumb through dog eared notebooks for prices!

I found the selection of wine, beer and whiskey exceptional. The prices were great and the staff was very helpful. One drawback was the "know it all" beer guy (sharp dressed), when I asked for a beer similar to those of from west Michigan, like Founders or Bells, he scoffed at me. I took his recommendation for a hopped beer from Wisconsin... it might be the worst beer I've had all year.

Arrived at Otto's at 4:54 on a Sunday afternoon. Was met at the door by a very unfriendly person that said they were closed. I replied that it wasn't 5:00PM yet. He said that the register was closed in a very terse manner. He practically slammed the door in my face. I walked away shaking my head at a business that was too willing not to do business within their posted business hours. Otto did not get my business today and they won't ever get my business.

I shouldn't be profiled as soon as I walked through the door because of how I looked. I felt so uncomfortable because the lady working there watched me the whole time after I told her I was fine. I'm a regular shopper there but no anymore. I don't want to spend my hard earned money where I don't feel welcome. It's just a shame!!

My wife went today to Otto's Liquor in Menomonee Falls. She spent about $250.00 (yes - having a party) and even though there were three younger men in the check out area (workers) NO ONE offered to help load the items into the car!! The store was not busy - and thankfully another customer coming into the store offered to help her loading the purchase. By the way, we are not real young people. I will avoid this store in the future for their total lack of service.
