Olivo Taco

Great tacos at a great price 3 for $5. At pickup today noticed they had chicken tamales for $2/each. Good tamale, not a lot of chicken but really good masa. Favorite go to for tacos.

Ordered fish tacos, veggie tacos, elotes, and steak fiesta bowl - got rice tacos instead of veggie -literally just rice in a corn tortilla with sour cream and I asked for no sour cream- elotes was missing from order - and got ground beef instead of steak in the fiesta bowl .. what a disappointing experience! The whole entire order was messed up and/or missing..

Awesome, inexpensive street tacos ... the best I've had since moving from So Cal to Illinois a long time ago!

If you're not looking for it you just might miss it. Their Belvidere restaurant has a fairly small store front, but don't let that fool you. The personalities and the flavors of the food within this restaurant both bely it's size.If you've had a steak taco (or three for $5) from one of their food trucks then you already have a good idea... These are the best tacos in the Rockford area.The nice thing about their restaurants is that they have a selection. Steak, Chicken, Fish or Veggie tacos; tamales & elote, too.I had to order a few things to try: fish, steak, chicken tacos & a chicken tamale. All were great, but the fish tacos were especially good!This will be our new spot for Mexican for sure!

Yum, yummy, yum, yum, yum! The flavors, the freshness of all their toppings! Holy cow. So delicious!!! This place opened a small place in Belvidere, where literally there is a Mexican restaurant on every corner. And I've tried most of them. I work in back if the restaurant and smell it cooking every morning...I literally cannot wait to stop by again! You've got to try the elotes or Mexican corn...so good. I recommend getting all the toppings on the tacos...you won't regret it!

Fish tacos were amazing! I don't know what kind of batter they used but it was delicious. And the steak tacos were out of this world. Highly recommend!

The place is small non-descript but the food is very good. I had the steak tacos. Can't beat the price .
