I was trying to get a slice of pizza reheated and some guy that was of a medium or light complexion told me the pizza was already heated because I wanted it brown some more, you don't have to worry about me patronizing this fucking place again because around Gurnee they treat a certain demographic different.

For $11.98 I got a 1/3 bacon burger with all the trimmings, fries, ketchup packets napkins and a drink. The burger was a bit dry and assuming I was going to get long pieces of bacon I got more of bacon bits. The food was OK. The fries are a battered fries. I'll probably end up going back, but it wouldn't be my first choice.

Cheap. Low quality. Low standards. I get it, those who are fans of this place probably have many fond memories coming by and spending a few bucks for edible food. But for a nice meal I'd look elsewhere. I placed an order for delivery via GrubHub. I ordered a chicken caesar salad, a pizza puff, and a Kid's Macaroni and Cheese. Even thought I live about 15 minutes away from the restaurant, the order came over an hour later. The Kid's mac and cheese is supposed to come with fries, a drink, and a cookie. Cookie was not included so pretty bad mistake there. And for the mac and cheese... It's just penne pasta with that processed nacho cheese on top. Extremely sad excuse for mac n cheese. The pizza puff was not hot at all, very close to being cold and unappetizing. Can't even say nice things about the salad. Chicken was definitely frozen at some point and the dressing was not good. Couldn't finish it. We've all been to places like this. Cheap American choices. And yes, even the fans would agree that it's not fine dining. But in my opinion it's not even on the level of most fast food places.

Came for a Chopped salad. I was craving salad and avocado. Ordered it with extra avocado just to be told they don't have any at the moment. HahaBought the chicken pomodori panini instead. It was fabulous. Hubby ordered the Beef Philly. He said it was okay at best. Definitely not worth the $8.

This place... less than okay and quite expensive. We're in town vacationing at Great America. Chicago Red Hots is WAY convenient as far as location goes but really? I wish we would've gone someplace else.My son's mini corn dogs were overcooked... so much so that even HE noticed. That's not good. All our fries also overcooked. My gyros was definitely average. Now, my husband's Italian Beef was pretty good so I actually gave the second star.Their portions are not plenteous to say the least and yet we paid almost 25.00 for what we had for lunch. They charged a DOLLAR for a small side serving of melted cheese. A dollar... for the small, tiny, itty bitty, condiment serving size cup of melted cheese. A whole dollar.I'm kinda glad they weren't so good. I would've spent way too much money here. Like I said... location... way convenient.

My hubby and I had 1/3 lb cheeseburgers they were amazing ! Really loved the brioche like buns. The reason I gave 3 stars is because he told me the lady who helped him was extremely rude

This is my go-to spot after a long day at Six Flags, always. Instead of spending 50$ on two drinks and mediocre fries at six flags, I get 3 meals for half the price. The food here is very delicious and very affordable too. I have tried a little bit of everything here and I have not been disappointed yet - no intentions to as well. My favorites would have to be the gyros, italian beef, omg everything basically. Food comes out pretty fast too. It only feels like forever because I'm usually extremely hungry at the end of the day. Last but not least, the funnel cake is life. More cake, more toppings, and more for your buck. Amazing! Definitely recommend!

I was looking for an Italian beef sandwich on the way to Oshkosh. None to be found from searching on Yelp as I headed out of O'Hare. Luck was with me, though. We got off the toll road and "settled" for a Red Hot place. I was thrilled to see Italian beef on the menu -- $6.50 for the sandwich (of course with hot giardiniera), a side of onion rings, and a soda. Service was friendly, speedy -- and helpful (the fellow who brought out our meals thought to see if my friend had a soup spoon and seeing he did not, brought one over).Very good flavor, nice roll, giardiniera and dipping juice just oily enough. Great find! This is on the toll exit as you head to 6 Flags.

I'm visiting from out of town and this was the closet spot to our hotel room. The customer service was good but the food wasn't as good as the service. We were not pleased. Disappointed with the funnel cake, wings, and fries. The pizza was decent. I've had better.
