Our go-to for excellent food(especially the fish fry) at reasonable prices,when we are in the Dells! We gave a place there. Their whole menu is good too! Have had the pizza it's awesome, and the deep fried pickles are killer! Worth the drive...

Not a fan this time. NOT A FANWednesday is all you can eat Chicken Wings $10, way to much breading. NO CELERY!! Unheard of as Wings, celery, blue cheese dressing a WI must. Bloody Mary NO BEER CHASER, another WI must. Sign in Window says$2.50 Every Wednesday the Shandy Beer. SIGN IN THE WINDOWS!! All day but the Bar Tender laughed said "old signs & after 6PM" Young Bar Tender acted so cocky, unprofessional and rude.Told us to go next store if I wanted a beer chaser!! All in all We Won't be back. Last year an AWESOME Lady Bar tender and very accommodating. The place is Clean and orderly. The Head Bangin Music at 1:30 pm was noisy & loud. That crowd sure didn't need that.Very Disappointed to say the least. Thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Some menu options that definitely seem out of the ordinary like a Peanut Butter and Jalapeño burger. But it was delicious. Big outdoor, shaded space too. Friendly staff. Worth a visit if you're in the area for sure.

Food was delicious! Prices are very reasonable and staff was very friendly. Our waitress alone makes this place 5 stars. She brought us to go boxes right as we were needing them, and we didn't even have to ask. Amazing service. Will be stopping again and bringing our family for a delicious and reasonably priced lunch!

What a difference a person can make. Our first real visit had a lady bartender to serve drinks and take our food order. She was friendly, sociable, and efficient. We enjoyed our stay there, and our meal.Our second visit was less than a good experience.Our second server was a young fellow. He was so high on (life?) that he was a blur of motion and was quick to point out that he was in pain because of his most recent "tat" that was applied to his forearm!Our questions about food and drink inclusions and exclusions met with " we don't do that here, and they don't do that across the either because I work there too!The food was run of the mill. I'm thinking that the term "angus" burger has lost something over the years. The burger I had was predictable, but not exceptional.I ordered fries with it and got STEAK fries. To me, steak fries are more of a speciality food to accompany special meals.To me, steak fries are a love/hate think. To be honest, THESE steak fries were better than average. It was probably because they were done better, or more well done if that makes more sense.Norms is one of a class of eateries that caters to the LOCAL trade. The other patrons there were mostly male. There was one other couple there, elderly.We traveled some distance to give Norms another try. We really wanted to give this place a fair shake, since the only restaurant in Lyndon appears to have failed...yet again.An observation about Norms and restaurants in general.Many are just gone!!, so for a bar/ restaurant to have made it through the Covid BS, should be a point to take.Give Norm's a try, don't just take my review as gospel.My wife and I eat out a whole bunch, and since we are "locals", we patronize restaurants all year, not just during the summer. Love love love these Mac and Jack bites even if they took a long time to come out. Vinny was a great bartender and knows how to make the best rum buckets. Would also recommend the chicken bacon ranch wrap.

So a month ago I left a review for Norms and I am happy to say my opinion has not changed..Good food, great service and a welcoming atmosphere makes this place a favorite of mine when I'm in the Dells Special shout out to Tori who served me tonight.. We spoke a bit and when I told her I was traveling solo, she went out of her way to have a bit of conversation with me..This place always makes me feel comfortable and the food is always warm and tasty.. A gem of a joint on the corner in Lyndon Station.. I hope I can get back there soon..

We stopped in this place to grab some food and it had a mediocre vibe, everyone around us were great people, and the food was decent for the price. I would go back but the bar tender Heather was non stop rude and seemed more focused on gossiping with people than actually taking care of the customers. I mean it was ridiculous. No doubt, if she's always like that you'll be receiving more negative reviews as she's a reflection of your establishment. I could see Norms doing very well but not with staff like that.

Absolutely the best staff!! We are in from out of town and when we called the staff was more than willing to find our local hockey team's game. We haven't even gotten our food yet, but we wanted to post how impressed we are with this restaurant. Skip the Dells and turn right!

Excellent service and great food at very reasonable prices! Stopped here for breakfast on a Sunday morning. Place was busy, but not packed (yet) . Was immediately greeted by Danielle (I hope I got that right) and brought an orange juice I ordered. Ordered the traditional eggs, bacon, hash browns and pancakes. Everything was cooked perfectly. Pancakes were fantastic. She checked on me several times and brought the check so I didn't have to wait for it. I was in a bit of a hurry but was never rushed. Will absolutely be back when I'm in the area.
