Nomad World Pub

After many years patrioning Nomad's, it was finally time to give one of their boozy-slushies a try! We were recently out on their beautiful back patio during a sunny afternoon, and it just sounded good. Let me preface, vodka and redbull are normally *not* my thing but it honestly made for a pretty darn good slushie I have to say. Drink with caution: brain freeze does happen!Certainly didn't need more than one (reached my sugar high), so we switched to the cold draft beer afterwards. I thought the bar staff was real friendly, and the atmosphere is always great here. Summery, beachy, tiki vibes. What's not to like?

How can you go to Brady st without stopping into nomads and enjoying the slushees, the sport vibe patios, Brady beach area, and enjoy some street tacos all in one spot! It's. A great place to grab drinks at any time of the day and can't miss it. The slushies could also not be 13$ a pop! Lol

Honestly, Brady Street is not the scene for me. I am basically 87 years olds. If you are 21-25, this is likely THE place! Relatively inexpensive alcohol, surprisingly friendly bartenders, and access to shuttles for events. The beer selection was respectable and nicely local. Lakefront IPA and Riverwest Stein are great Milwaukee default. The aesthetic of Nomad is on par with what you would expect for a standard bar. Not a dive but has the respectable and mandatory Wisconsin bar decor. If you are young and have yet to be beaten down by life, this bar (and Brady street generally) is great! Do a fun bar hop. It will take you a while. Brady is fun and unique and confusing in so many ways. Start off at Nomad!!

This is THE place to catch all the big soccer (football) games in Milwaukee. Located on the already buzzy Brady St, Nomad has a colorful and huge outdoor patio with a bar and tons of seating. They have lots of TVs and play multiple games at a time so you can be sure if you go you can watch your squad in action (even if they are playing at 6am!). No matter the weather, they have heaters under the bar to keep you fairly warm.They also have part of the street directly off Brady blocked off to add additional seating and during big events (World Cup, Euros etc) they put up a giant video board and bring in food vendors. Its quite a scene!The opened Nomad Coffee Bar next door to accommodate all those early soccer matches. They have boozy drinks, smoothies and a full breakfast and lunch menu!Come with your favorite soccer jersey and get ready to have a great time hanging out at this wonderful East side pub!

My husband and I stopped in here for a few drinks while in town. The bartender was super fun and social and the drinks were decent. The decor around the place is definitely cool. It is an outside location and even though it was a bit cold out, the heaters keep you nice and toasty. I enjoyed my time here and would definitely return.

This is the first place I went to when I came to a Milwaukee festival and it was a great vibe. As time has gone by Thais is the only place the carriers mom water! We need more places to carry mom water

I love Nomad and always come back here when it's nice outside. It's the perfect place to hangout with friends for a drink and dog friendly which I love. With COVID, they've gotten very strict which is great but the bouncers take their jobs a bit too seriously - to the point of not letting us borrow unused chairs from other tables. They could also staff the bar a bit better, it took awhile to get a drink when it was busy. COVID Precautions: All staff are wearing masks and guests are required to when they aren't eating/drinking. All tables are sanitized in between parties and they are heavily encouraging social distancing and limiting capacity as well.

Worst place to be a football fan. Not an important place to be on Sunday. Have to pay $$$ for a request for sporting events. This experience ducks.

This place is always great but today it was perfect! We love Alicia as a bartender. She is attentive, fun, and really enjoys her job. We were fortunate enough to connect with her and it contributed to a perfect Saturday funday. We will be back and can't wait to see Alicia again!
