Check out the bacon
So good smoked prime rib burger.
Sharing my prime rib patties with some friends.
I like this.
The prime rib patty burger.
The smoked prime rib burger, really just smoked and very good, I will forfeit rare for a smoked flavor.
Jalapeño meat stick.
KISS is sometimes better when you have a nice burger on a fresh brioche bun.
Up close with the jalapeño meat stick.
The meat sticks.
Yes I smoked the prime rib burger and o so good.
You can have lunch at the Greenfield Farmers market, that's where I found them.
The prime rib burger, what a tasty party OMG.
The tasty prime rib burger that can be found at area Farmers Markets, doesn't look like much but great flavor.
The meat menu.
Come on and get out of the way so I can see the meat.

I picked up some good meat sticks the last time I saw them at a farmers market which I liked so I said to my self, the next time I see them I'm going to get one of there sandwiches that they grill using there own meat like he rib eye steak sandwich. The last rib eye was just passed to the guy next to me and I didn't want to wait 10 minutes for one so I grabbed the Prime rib burger which was ready. OMG the patty had great flavor and made for one tasty burger, toppings were ketchup and pickle from the farmers market table which was limited. My first thought was if this burger was dressed as a bacon cheeseburger with fresh toppings it would be a killer burger. Dam I grabbed the burger to eat a little later after the farmers market was closed before I realized how good they are and now I can't go back and get the meat. I will have to wait until I see them again at a Farmers market because they don't have a retail walk in location, I called to check.

We visit Ney's every weekend at the South Shore Farmer's market. The product quality is top notch, and we love supporting a local business. They ALWAYS take great care of us, and are super friendly! We have tried many of their products, and would highly recommend our favorites as the chipotle and regular chicken burgers, prime rib burgers & bone in chicken breasts. The brats are great, too, as are the ready-made sandwiches.

Found Ney's Big Sky at the WB Farmer's Market last year when we decided to stop and see what smelled so good. I tried the caprese brats and the next weekend I had to come back and get a package. Now, I email my order in during the week and it's ready and waiting for me when I arrive to the market. I mentioned that I didn't know what to do once the market closed and I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they will deliver. AWESOME!!!As far as the food, the best example I can give is the whole chicken. We're big on beer can chicken at my house and i had so many issues finding a good whole chicken. I tried several stores, several brands and no matter what I bought, it was loaded with fat - especially between the skin and meat. So, we decided hmm, the brats are good, why not try the chicken. OMG. The chicken was a good size (I've heard other people buying "healthier" chicken and having it be tiny - NOT the case here) and, most importantly (to me at least), there was NO fat between the skin and meat. Not even a little. By far the best chicken I have ever had. If that wasn't enough, I will call/email with requests not on the list and they have always met them quickly. I can't say enough about how great they are!Between the great food, the great staff, and convenience, I won't go anywhere else for meat!

I wasn't really sure what to expect when I got to this place, but in retrospect, I may have had some inaccurate preconceived notions in my head. This used to be a donut shop... the only one in town that went belly-up a while back. From briefly reviewing Ney's website, I half expected to walk into a restaurant with a meat market attached. Turns out, it's a meat market, coffee shop, donut shop and then a restaurant...and it became quite obvious, in that order of priority. When I walked in, there was no apparent waitstaff and no one at the counters, so I went into the coffee shop in an adjacent room where there was a friendly guy behind the counter. I asked him how to order some food. He instructed me to order in the other room (where I had just come from). So, I walked back into the other room again, and another guy (I'm guessing a manager) gets up from one of the dining tables I had just walked past moments earlier and finally asks me if he can help. When I told him I came to eat, he asks, "What do you want?" I'm thinking to myself, OK, I have never been here before and have very little idea of what's on your menu, and I also don't see one anywhere. I literally had to ask him for one. He fumbles and shuffles around on the countertop by the cash register and finds a one-page menu with about a dozen or so items on it... that includes starters, entrees, etc. Entrees consist of a couple of sandwiches and a burger. I ordered a brisket sandwich, and paid for the meal in advance. The guy hands me a basket with various kinds of chips in it and tells me to choose one. Then he puts the basket back behind the counter, so, what?... I don't steal any more?? I went back into the coffee shop to sit down at an available table. A few minutes later, a girl (didn't introduce herself) comes in the room and plunks down a plate with a relatively small brisket sandwich and a small pickle on it. I asked for water, and her response (as she's literally got her back turned and is walking away) was, "No water," and then points to an upright drink cooler in the other room. "All our drinks are in here." She walked away so fast I didn't have opportunity to ask her for some flatware and a napkin. I grabbed a napkin from the table next to me. As I was contemplating where to get some utensils, the guy who was sitting at the table in the other room comes back in and asks how things are going, to which I reply, "Great... except you apparently don't do water...?" He goes over to the cooler, pulls out a 6 oz bottle of water and tells me "not to tell his boss." I then asked him for flatware; he comes back with a plastic fork and knife. I ate the sandwich - which was OK, not great (I make fantastic brisket, so I'll admit that's a tough comparison) - left my tip, and walked out, rather underwhelmed. :(I realize these guys are probably just trying to get their feet on the ground and they seem well-intended, but there is room for improvement. They really need to figure out what they are - a meat shop, a coffee shop, a donut shop, or a restaurant. I do think if they're going to continue serving food, they'd better understand the restaurant part of the business a bit better. I may wait a while before returning. I will say their meat selections looked pretty good. I may be back to look at that more closely on another visit. And the donuts (I don't much care for donuts) looked OK too. I don't drink coffee, so I can't comment on that, other than to say, the attendant behind the counter had a good customer service thing going. From a dining standpoint, this was a less-than-stellar experience for me. I hope they can they can figure that part out. Perhaps my expectations were too high.

Came across Ney's Big Sky for the first time today at the South Shore Farmer's Market. Could only give 4 stars for now based off of the Cheesy Potato Brat I tried at the market. It was so yummy I had to buy a pack of 4 to take home. The guys at the stand were extremely friendly, and they had a nice line formed at their table. With a little bit of everything to taste before you buy.Was happy to see that they also sell their products at Sendik's.Make a checklist of all of their items. Cheesy Potato Brats - CheckNext - Bacon Cheddar Brats or Cheddar Jalepeno!Glad I found you guys today! You have a new fan!

Found them at the Brookfield farmers market. I tried for almost 2 years to find farm raise beef, chicken and pork. Tried other farms. Not as good as Ney's. Now we buy all our meats from Ney's. They even deliver right to your door. Until they get rid of the factory farming meats they sell you in the grocery stores, Ney's will always have us as a customer. Great meat at fair prices. Love em.
