They serve the food in Styrofoam containers piping hot and I swear it made the food taste terrible. I do not want to eat there again because of that. They should not be putting freshly cooked hot food in Styrofoam.

It has been a while since we ordered from this place and I couldn't remember why we stopped. Now I know why. Don't be fooled by presentation, this place serves bland and over fried food. Our order:S25 Won Ton Soup $4.751 x C07 Sesame Chicken(CP) **Egg Roll $10.351 x V137 Buddha Delight $8.951 x A07 Crab Rangoon (6) $5.251 x A10 Cantonese Fried Shrimp (4) $5.95I'll go item by item. The Won Ton soup had big and nicely sliced veggies, but had little flavor overall and was fairly generic. The sesame chicken was a huge disappointment with crunchy as all get out chicken from being overfried and the fried rice was extremely bland with no notes of being freshly fried. The included egg roll was alright, but nothing worth noting. The Buddha Delight was somehow the star of the show. Plenty of veggies of the sauce was good. The crab Rangoon should really be called onion Rangoon, as there are tons of onions inside and not a single sighting of crab. The Cantonese fried shrimp are over cooked frozen shrimp with a massive amount of overfried almost burnt batter. What a waste of money. I'd say the one positive note was that our order was ready quick and the service was good, especially considering it was a Friday night.I rarely write low score reviews, but don't even bother ordering from New China Express. Most of our order went straight into the trash.

Craving satisfied! I love the Smokey smell of the fried rice! The potions are good too!

Their broccoli and beef is always cooked fresh and tastes great. I request to make it spicy too and they always do a good job adding spices to it.

The food is usually delicious and fresh! Large portions & that's the best part! The egg rolls & crab Rangoon are very good! The customer service could definitely be better, especially on the phone. Online ordering is a bit difficult and menus are a bit confusing so I usually call with ?'s sometimes can't get a good explanation and feel rushed! Always loved the combinations meals, orange, chicken combo with fried rice! Chicken & broccoli is awesome!

Don't know what people are talking about. Been my consistent chinese spot for close to 10 years. The chicken is crispy but moist in the middle as it should be. So many other spots drown their chicken in sauce. Sauce is flavorful. Hot food that tastes great with speedy delivery and solid customer service. The kids working there do a great job of being kind and courteous and bridging the gap of the language barrier of the parents. Simple lobby. Couple tables, use the front for more of a queue than a dining area. But its geared more toward a takeout/delivery. Which they continually perform well!

I ordered a pint of shrimp fried rice and a appetizer plate. The shrimp fried rice was very greasy and everything on the plate was over cooked. I threw out the food. Smh The lady that placed my order over the phone was very rude. I would not recommend this place to a dog. So disappointed!

The food here is really good! Everyone is complaining about the service but she's never been rude to me. The woman who works there can be brusque but they're just busy.

Called in my order only to be met with a rudeness on the phone. I arrived to pickup my order only to find the person on the phone is also on the register and the cook. She didn't wash her hands before going to prepare my food. If I had not already paid I would have left. I had two orders so I asked for two pair of chopsticks. She said she could give me one because they are limiting them because their costs have gone up. Never mind I just paid $25.00 for my food. Well keep your chopsticks and dirty hands. I wont be BACK!

I've eaten there for years and the quality was always a bit uneven, but it has gone steadily downhill. Their fried foods taste like rancid oil. Stir fried foods are soaked in oil. The carry out bags are often drenched with oil. More and more there's almost no meat. Sometimes a quart of a shrimp dish will only have a few shrimp, same with other meats. Every aspect of their food demonstrates they don't pay attention to quality. The owner doesn't want to hear feedback. He'll shrug and say it happens sometimes. They never want to correct a bad order. I miss them having great food, but with their attitude they'll never be there.
