New Berlin Bowl

New Berlin Bowl gets a solid 3 stars. It's A-Ok in my book! We come here to bowl and we come here on Christmas Eve to do just that as they are only open until 6 then. Let's start by saying the location is fairly easy to get to located just off the highway. New Berlin Bowl is clean and the lanes for bowling are solid. The staff was friendly and courteous, and they made sure we were taken care of during our visit. Also connected to New Berlin Ale House it's a mecca for entertainment. Prices are fair making this a great spot to get your bowl and drink on. Lot's of parking make it easy in and out. That about sums New Berlin Bowl up and I couldn't ask for much more from any place I choose to go bowling!

Connected to the New Berlin Ale House, this bowling alley has TONS of parking space. I'm a casual bowler and my review reflects my previews experiences during open bowl.Prices are VERY reasonable compared to surrounding bowling spots. Weekdays before 9PM are $3.00 per game, weekdays after 9PM are $2.00 per game, and weekends are $4.00 per game. Shoe rental is $3.00 and while I hate wearing those things, they're really well maintained and relatively clean.The bar in the alley has some basic food options that aren't half bad! I enjoyed the pretzel bite dippers A LOT. The prices are a little more than average for typical "bar food" but still reasonable. The service in the bar however is ABYSMAL unless you have boobs and flirt with the bartender. Our guy was incredibly rude and inattentive for our last two visits.There's a jukebox so you can select the music that plays, but fair warning... it's $1 per song (more if you skip others) and you likely won't even get a chance to hear yours if it's a full night.The crowd is pretty mixed - I've had nights where people in the lanes next to us are super competitive and others where they're sociable and casual. When we go after 9:30 on the weekdays I have yet to see any kids.Overall it's a nice place with lots of lanes!

after i walked in and waited in line i was rudely greeted by a man who just said "what do you want" i said "open bowling" he just responded with "no lanes" and that was it. there were clearly open lanes. his 'i don't care' attitude was very much disappointing. i should have known to just stick with JBs on 41. they offer much better customer service.

Took my 2 boys and some of their friends there yesterday during open bowl to celebrate my son's birthday. The staff was very helpful and friendly and accommodating for 7 young boys with lots of energy! Would definitely recommend them for birthday celebrations!

New Berlin bowl is amazing! Awesome food great friendly service and not too many people. Here about 230 not many people. The staff was very friendly and very helpful my family loves it and we will definitely be returning
