Mykonos Restaurant

Shout out to Kaycea! She did it again! Dealing with a table of twenty-seven of my family members. Delivering the best service with the prettiest smile. Always checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed and more. Food was good, some enjoyed it more than others. Drinks were also good. I was more excited to see everyone than to eat. I did more talking than chewing. Lol.

I had some time to kill at the 6am hour so I thought I would get breakfast here. I thought this would be one of those typical greek places after seeing it. It's your typical sh%#y looking carpet place with lots of wood.I was seated promptly and my server brought over the menu with all your typical breakfast items. I asked to have a few minutes to look over the menu because I was not ready to order and a minute later she was back rushing me to place my order, the place was empty. So I ordered the two eggs with sausage patties and a side of ham. I like to get two proteins to get a better idea of the quality of the food being served.While waiting for my food a friendly fruit fly kept bothering me and kept me company. I can't remember the last time I was bothered by a fruit fly in a restaurant. This is probably not a good sign.My food came quick, see my pictures. The eggs were pathetic looking with flat yokes and the sausage patties looked dull like they were pre cooked. The hash browns were burnt looking. The toast was hard and not soft on inside with a toasty outside that you expect. The ham was fake and not off the bone but the best tasting part of breakfast. The sausage was bland and on the dry side as I suspected. The hash browns were bland and lacked that buttery flavor I like, I don't know what they were cooked in. This whole breakfast was below average but regulars kept walking in and were greeted by name.Over all this was below average for a greek place and possibly one of the worst greek places that I can remember. I used to think that if you find a greek place you can't go wrong, no more. There are way better greek places in Milwaukee to chose from. Lisbon cafe not far away is way better.

Ordered from this establishment through Postmates tonight. Their menu in the app says the sandwiches come with lettuce, tomato, pickle spear, cup of soup, and fries...they came with none of that. My husband and son both got just a sandwich and a small ramekin of Cole slaw. I called the establishment hoping they'd say I could just come pick up the sides as we lost power tonight and I can't cook...the owner said it wasn't his fault and fries are $1 extra but that he was sorry...I did file a complaint with Postmates, but as a small business owner who uses this app and others, I know it's my responsibility to be sure the menu is accurate. Super disappointed and will not be back. Pictures for reference of what we received and what the menu said. I didn't post my kids food as he had eaten it before I could take the picture.

Grandmother wanted breakfast and chose this place. Good was ok. Had to use ketchup and hot sauce to add some flavor to the food. Ordered vegetarian skillet, minus the cheese, eggs. Maybe the cheese and eggs would've enhanced it?! Won't be back. Waitress was great.

This restaurant always have my back when I order pick-up for my mom's breakfast. It's always ready and accurate. When I'm in town I also come in and dine love the omelettes and the service is always good.

My wife and I ordered dinner out from here tonight and didnt get what we ordered. What we did get was either too bland or too salty. Won't be back.

Mykonos is a Greek-American cafe that has been a staple on Milwaukee's Northwest side for years. The staff here is friendly, and the restaurant is kept pretty clean. Our server was attentive and made sure that we never ran out of coffee :-) The food here is very good. You have your choice of breakfast food, burgers, club sandwiches, steak, seafood, and more. On my most recent visit, I had the feta cheese omlette. It was delicious. The omelette meals come with toast and hashbrowns. Their hashbrowns are amazing! And their chicken rice soup is awesome. The prices are pretty reasonable, and the portion sizes are decent. I will definitely be back for future visits.

We frequented this place when we lived in Uptown. We have recently moved and are trying to find a replacement for this joint. This place has everything you can ask for, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Their chicken rice soup is the bomb! Their breakfast food isn't greasy and they have American Fries which is a plus!We have never had a bad experience. The waitstaff are nice and personable. The food is good and pretty cheap. The place is clean and someone is always coming by to fill up your glass of water.

People with disabilities, DO NOT COME HERE! We had lunch here and requested a salad chopped for a disabled person and a spoon for her to eat it with. First we were told only if they had time. WE SAID, we have all the time you need. There were less than 20 people in the entire restaurant. They brought her a knife to cut it her self. They said the teaspoon on the table was the only option for her to eat with even though our soup was served with a soup spoon. When we spoke with the manager, he repeatedly interrupted us and told us the disabled person should have brought the salad to him because he is the only person in building who was allowed to cut the salad. When we repeatedly tried to get him to understand how offensive that is to ask a person with a walker, he said that's just how they do things. So to all the people with disabilities, DO NOT COME HERE.

This was an absolute worst experience I have ever had! We had a party of 9 and everyone was unhappy! I asked for my food to be removed from my bill, which I did not eat, and the manager rudely said I have to pay for it. Then, he stated that he was calling the police on our party. Another manager became irate and very loud! SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!! DO NOT EAT HERE!!
