Small Southeast Asian grocery specializing in Burmese (as you might well guess from the name). There's some Burmese stuff you can't find elsewhere, as well as some Thai, Vietnamese, Laotian, and Chinese spices, sauces, rice, frozen and canned goods. The place is clean and tidy, parking is easy (it's a strip mall), and the proprietor is friendly and helpful.

When my girlfriend and I had a craving for Burmese Fermented Tea Leaf Salad "Lephet" we thought we'd be driving to Madison or Chicago for ingredients. To our surprise, we found this amazing Burmese market a few miles from our house! They carried all of the ingredients we needed for our meal, as well as many obscure fruits, vegetables, and herbs that we can't wait to experiment with. This market is a rare jewel in Milwaukee and a must visit for chefs and food lovers.
