BBQ got me like . Price is pretty solid for solid food. There was a line but I think from the time I got in line to the time I had my food was about 15 minutes. Nice service and prompt. Went with hot and also "special" sauce. The hot is hot! The special sauce is like a mix of spicy and tangy and sweet. It's thin and runny where the hot is thicker but not jelly. Pulled chicken was on the sweeter side with its own sauce. Pulled pork was moist and flavorful. Wish there was a bit of crackling in there but who am I kidding. The chopped brisket is also very good with a super smoky flavor and is almost like a cedar or I don't know what. Very bbq focused and the actual meat flavor gets lost in that. All around I would say this place rocks and I will return. I want to try their vast menu and you should find them too.

Fantastic BBQ! It is winter now and we miss it. All of the meats are so good. Cornbread is awesome. Super grateful to have a food truck in this area, especially one that is so great!

This is the best BBQ around. The pulled pork and brisket are amazing! If they had a location here in town, I'd eat this more than once a week.

Great BBQ and sides. I got takeout BBQ at truck at Menards in West Bend parking lot. Excellent customer service and reasonable price for amount of food. Love they offer numerous sauces on the side. Recommend if you want some good takeout BBQ.

It's a food truck. I say you can't go wrong. The seating is great if you don't mind standing or just go in your truck. The food is great, portions are even with the moderate price. They are local so that gets my vote as well. The truck is clean and doesn't look shady like other food trucks, the mobile kitchen looks clean like you'd expect as well. BBQ is the bomb!!

A fine food truck. I tried the large pulled pork sandwich "all in", which means you get the beans, cole slaw, and cheese added right on the sandwich. Makes for a glorious mess of a sandwich, but it's really tasty. The meat has a nice smokey aroma and flavor, sauce is a sweet kind. Also tried the st louis style ribs, and really liked them as well. Some good meat on there, and also a nice smokey aroma and flavor. Check the web site for the days and locations. It's a great option for lunch or dinner (that'd be me) if you are in any of the areas that the truck sets up at. Prices are higher than what you'll spend at a fast foo d place, but they are in line, in my experience anyway, with other bbq places in the area. About that sandwich: do not eat it while working at the computer (or smart phone). You can try to be neat and careful, but it'll work it's way in and then you'll have a lot of cleaning up to do. If you have a loved one in your life, buy a large all in sandwich for him/her with the one condition that they must use only their hands to eat it, and then take pictures while they eat.

All I have to say is how much I love Mr. Tony's pulled pork sandwiches!! The food is delicious and I try to stop by when he is parked in Fredonia on Tuesdays. I highly recommend if you like delicious smoked meat on a savory bun and a yummy side of coleslaw!! Great summertime treat!!

Tried the pulled pork sandwich. It was tasty but soggy. The sides are bland. My kids weren't a fan either. Maybe if they added more seasoning it would be more quality food.

It's hard to rate a place where the food is good, but the prices are exorbitant. If you think $30 for a spare rib dinner plate is not worth it, this place probably isn't for you. However, I still recommend the brisket regardless of the high prices. Pros: Very tasty and authentic beef brisket and porkCons: Exorbitant pricesQuestionable marketing (The menu says "rack" of ribs, but they are actually country style spare ribsThe "baked" beans are cheap pinto beans with sauce addedThe corn bread and cole-slaw taste like they were purchased from Walmart. The "red-neck taco" is filled with nacho sauce, beans, and cole-slaw, but there is very little meat in it.So if you don't mind paying top dollar for meat and Walmart style sides, you'll probably enjoy this place. Otherwise, go somewhere else.
