I would give it a 2 1/2 if it were an option. Everytime i order from here ..the people working never smile..say hello or thank you or offer you a drink while your waiting for your food. The gyro is good and u get alot of meat but the meat needs to be cooked longer after its cut off the spit to bring out the flavor of the meat. The french frys are bland and have zero taste. I always opt for the tater tots which are really good. 5 stars on those. Today..i tried something new.."homemade chicken salad sandwhich"..it came on a bun with shredded lettuce. No thank you! I Would not order that again..wayyy toooo much mayonaise. And needs to be served on toasty toast! I have yet to try a friday fish fry..i plan on giving it one more chance since its so close to home!

Great food and wait staff equally as well. Entertainment packed the place and everyone enjoyed the food, drinks and the entertainment as well. Highly recommend Mosquito Inn.

I ordered a take out. The restaurant has NO place to pick up take outs so you go to the bar. Usually someone is sitting in your way at the bar. In picking up my order I encountered the the rudest most vulgar person, maybe ever, sitting in my way. I will not repeat the disgusting things that he said to me, but sorry Mosquito, no more of that for me. Create a pickup window.

This bar still looks like a great rule bar along the road as it is on the outer edges of Racine Wisconsin and maybe a biker bar during the summer. This place has unique sections and is a small one-story blackbear type of bar where one can enjoy a time with her friends and watching television I think they serve lunch and breakfast food as well which is unusual for a bar and kudos to them

Great food & really great drinks. The place is very clean inside. I loved the theme and they also put decorations for seasons. The hot honey sauce is amazing. The drinks were great especially the Bloody Mary, we got it spicy. The wing sauce was really great too, Nashville Hot & Hot honey. The bacon was super crispy.

I stopped in a 3 times during the last year and I try not to be negative, but the service/bartender sucks !!The bar is under new owners and seems nice inside and out. The food is good, fish fry ok, but had better. but every time I order a drink, I have a bartender trying to run the whole bar by themselves and they give me looks like I am bothering them, one older bartender could not even pour a beer from the tap ??? seriously. two beers $7.00 ???on 07-02-19 a young girl with her hair pinned up had such a attitude, she was the only person working behind the bar all night. I was so close to snapping. I will never go again, beware

Two stars because of service. Atmosphere and food were what I expect from a WI bar, which is fine. The bartender's "service" was truly lame. 9/26/2019 early evening.

We go on Thursday and the same two bartenders are working they never say hello or crack a smile the faces never move. The worst we ordered tacos never got asked what type of shell we wanted, sauce tasted sour. Won't be going back.

To be fair, when you finally get your food, it's good. The issue is service - it's awful. They don't have waitresses, you have to go to bar & order, no big deal, but they had 3 bartenders, tables are left un-bussed to sit at when you arrive. Place wasn't crazy busy, I ordered dinner for my wife and I at the bar & waited, and waited, and waited. As the table next to us was served, who arrived 20 minutes after we did, after an hour of waiting, I went up to the bar and asked for a refund. I politely explained we'd been waiting an hour and pointed out the table next to us had been served. No apology, not a word, nothing, gal was a bit curt & rude. Refunded my money. It's too bad, because it could be a great place, it's the service that kills the place. My advice, if you want service - sit at the bar, otherwise it's not their priority.

Had the cod last Friday night. It was some of the best I have. Flakey and light. Get there early it get busy.
