Mocha Moment is off the beaten path and then tucked back behind another building, so the fact that they are such a community staple-is inspiring. They have a drive-thru, a scenic wrap around deck area which overlooks a wooded area that attracts many birds. When you walk in the door, you are immediately at the order counter, so if they are busy it can get a bit congested, with not a lot of guidance for where to keep the line. But they are quick, their menu is vast, and they have tons of bakery options! There was a musician playing when we went, and it was amazing how many tables they had in there. It's quite spacious!MM gives back so much to the Janesville community too. They are typically closed on Sundays, but they open for fundraisers, where they donate all sales from the day, to a nonprofit. So many delicious items, but our favorites are hot chocolate and the blueberry coffee cake! Our daughter couldn't stop eating it!

Such a cute coffee shop! The maple latte was amazing and the almond scone with raspberry filling was to die for. Everyone working there was super kind and the coffee came out quickly! I recommend trying this place if you haven't already :)

We come here in the summer months to enjoy the weather. They have the cutest patio and the most authentic coffee drinks. The food and pastries are also a delight, if you are wanting a little snack. It's nice and peaceful and always welcoming. They roast their own beans and you can see the roaster when you come in. Just a tip, the drive through has a very sharp turn!! Be warned:)

The coffee was excellent and the scones were absolutely amazing! Highly recommend! The vibe of this place is second to none nestled in a beautiful and quiet wooded area with trails to wander on. Busy but the servers were calm and kept it moving efficiently.

This is a quaint little shop for coffee, tea, Italian sodas, smoothies, pastries, light lunches located in Janesville. This was my second time trying to go here, the first time they were closed due to a private event, which means if you would like to book them for a private event you can, which I guess is probably cool if you're particularly fond of them? They had a nice, small shop vibe that hasn't been tainted by big chain and franchise takeovers yet, so bonus points for that. They have vintage and semi vintage signs throughout the establishment, but not a lot of them go together, it's like someone went to a few different thrift and antique stores, maybe some estate sales, and grabbed a few things remotely coffee related, then some that just had old sayings on it, and said good enough. They have oat and almost milk options if you are lactose intolerant or eschewing dairy milk for any reason. They offer a $0.25 discount if you bring your own cup, and up charge $0.25 if you want a to go cup, which makes sense. But they also have straws available so it's not like they're too hardcore about the environment, they just might not want to do dishes, and who can blame them? Haha. None of the pastries seem to be anything extraordinarily special. Sure, some of them sound good, but you're not going to find anything here for someone on a special diet. Nothing gluten free, sugar free, nut free, egg free, lactose intolerant, or god forbid, vegan. They offer a few lunch items like paninis that look more like pattimelts. The coffee was okay. Nothing to write home about. I enjoyed it, but my coffee companion ordered a confectionery from the display case, and between our coffees and the brownie from the care, our total was $25. Not too outrageous, but considering my frappe had chunks of ice in it and I couldn't taste the coconut nor the chocolate flavoring in it, I just don't think I'll feel compelled to come back here any time soon. I would love to see more independent places like this thrive. After all, do we really need an invasion of Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts like every other town? I don't know. But I left wishing I was drinking a grande Frappuccino with coconut, hazelnut, and chocolate in it with soy milk double blended, and I wish I didn't feel that way, because I do want small businesses to thrive.

Really good coffee for amazing prices! The staff were really helpful and can help you pick out a great drink if you aren't sure what to get.

Mocha Moments is a great spot to stop for a beverage, a sweet treat, or a sandwich. The other day, when I stopped, I had a chai tea, which is one of my favorites, and for a snack. I had the white chocolate raspberry muffin, which is to die for. Sometime its hard to make a choice, as all the bakery I have tried has been delicious. In the summer, I love getting the smoothie. The employees are always friendly and the interior is very inviting and relaxing. In the summer, they have a great outside patio to enjoy nature and a snack.

Coffee, tea, smoothies etc. Decent food menu options (soups, oatmeal, bakery items)Super busy most mornings & can be difficult to find a table. You will smell like coffee all day ... which is both good & bad. ;) Good place to meet friends on deck. Do not attempt to open or close windows near your table... frowned upon.

My favorite coffee place! Such a gem in the middle of the city- love the laid back vibe. Very clean-staff is friendly. Coffee is way above average. But what keeps bringing me back (totally out of my way) is the SCONES! Hands down the BEST! I recommend the almond joy or lemon cranberry. I also had an everything bagel with is different than most-in a good way!
