Miller & Sons Supermarket

I have ordered cakes from Miller's for two special occasions. I anticipated they would be great, and they always exceeded expectations. Miller's bakery has great staff and service, and the cakes are artfully done and delicious. If you want a cake for your special occasion, I highly recommend them.

I love this supermarket, it's a little bit of a throwback. In the bakery there are peanut butter donuts (OMG)! They have a fair variety of offerings, a nice deli and friendly employees!

We stopped here for some items for grilling burgers later and what an old school throw back in time grocery store. The carts are the old school fold up kind which I thought were all gone. The store it self is everything a modern grocery store has with meat, deli, produce, frozen, take home fried chicken and pre made options. There was a knock off red box looking movie machine which I have never seen before. There is a nice liquor section with a good size walk in cooler for a small town store.This was a completely small town grocery store feel which I liked. The check out lanes were a blast from the past old school. I had to ask what the kid with the funky cart at the end of the check out was, they deliver you're groceries to your car for you, who does that. This was a great shopping experience and if I lived in town I would shop here.

Small town grocer, friendly atmosphere, quality deli and a walk in beer cooler ! It's not a full size woodman's so variety may be a little less and prices may not match the cheapest but for convenience and quickness. This is what you hope for in Hometown USA

I'm a true believer that price shouldn't be the deciding factor in where to spend your hard earned dollars. Service, community support and price should all be part of your decision. Millers is a true supporter of Verona. Hiring students and instilling a work ethic. Supporting high school athletics with Saturday brat fries in the summer. Millers provides the brats, hotdogs, buns, condiments and grill. The teams (mainly parents) set up in Millers parking lot grilling and selling brats and keeping ALL of the proceeds for the athletes. This is just one of the ways they give back to the community.They support local producers. I even read a copy of a thank you letter posted in the meat department from a child thanking them for buying their prize winning 4H pig. Can't get more farm to table than that!Some items may be a bit more expensive. Of course it is. They don't have the buying power of Walmart. But, you get what Walmart doesn't supply. Old time courteous, friendly service. Grocery carry out to your car. (Really, who likes having to wait in line, hoping the right cart is loaded into your car at the drive thru). They also have enough staff so you're not waiting in line forever.

A nice old world feeling grocery store. Adequate selection of middle of store packaged goods Very nice produce. Looks to be well tended, with any bad items not evident. The meat aisle has the usual selection and doesn't use the strange new color correction lighting that makes the red meats look somehow still living and in my view quite unappealing. The real appeal at this store is the baggers and cashiers, they don't seem like reanimated mannequins, the kind found in most retail. Friendly without that deer in the headlights stare as the script is repeated for the sake of appearing alive.

This is a great local Supermarket with small town family business vibe. Expect outstanding customer service, competitive prices, a wide range of products, locally sourced produce, full deli, bakery, full beer/wine/liquor department, meat department, and frozen food section. Other services are Lottery, DMV renewal, DVD rentals, Copy Service, and Bike Trail Passes!Insider Tip of the Day: Senior Citizen's Discount on Wednesdays (5% off). Complementary coffee and pastries back by the deli section!Techie Stuff: They also have online shopping, shopping rewards program, and an app available (AppCard) to track your rewards and receipts.6:30 am to 9:00 pm everyday!Fresh cheese curds every Tuesday and Friday..YUM!We asked the gentleman who helped us take the groceries to our car if we should tip for that service and his response was, "Your repeat business is our tip!"This will be our primary grocery store from now on.

I LOVE this grocery store!I recently started working in the area and Miller's is such an easy and convenient store to pop into before or after work, or for a quick lunch find.My first visit I was completely blown away by the selection. This place isn't huge, but the amount of products they carry and the various options available are definitely huge. They have everything!I have been back several times now and there are a handful of things that stick out to me..Friendliness of staff - Everyone always had a smile and is more than willing to help find whatever you need.Availability of staff - There is always someone available to help, I often see several staff members out on the floor stocking or cleaning.. If you need help with something you aren't stuck wondering aimlessly looking for someone.Cleanliness of store - They are doing a great job with keeping things clean and enforcing masks during these covid-times. Miller's is doing exactly what they need to be doing to keep everyone safe! I appreciate their efforts to make sure we are as safe as possible. Hand sanitizer is available at the front and the checkers have plexiglass dividers as well. All staff members are masked up. A+Oh, and they will bring your groceries out to your car for you if you need them too! How cool is that?

They don't have as much selection as other grocery stores nearby but if you are in a pickle I recommend here but they can be pricier than other stores as well...
