Good stock if food. I wish they would have more cashiers rather than self check outs. The bakery is good. This location seems organized clean and well stocked. The cashiers and baggers they have are always very nice.

Really fresh foods. The only downside for me is that the water refill station is a little slower than average. I use this to my advantage though. I can set my phone alarm to 3 minutes, run and shop for what i need to get, and get back and turn off the water in time. They have these deals there where if you buy 5 or 6 of any item you'll get a discount, which puts you on a scavenger hunt :-) But the deals are good.Anyway I'll be back

This used to be a Pick N' Save but is now Metro Market. Since the conversion it's been much cleaner and I've seen A LOT of discounts! Look for the "woohoo!" specials tucked away around the store. Many times it's just a change to the packaging, but meat is regularly marked down to sell it before it expires. My reason for the 4 and not 5 star rating is because the aisles are frequently cluttered with people stocking while the registers back up. ALSO, I found out how much of the product is thrown away rather than being donated which is disappointing. I inquired about some meat shortly before closing hours because it was marked on discount for same-day expiration and they said they had to throw it away. It's not for "health reasons" if they're able to sell it but are choosing to throw it away minutes later. I'm sure other products could be salvaged for homeless shelters, etc.

Items were well stocked and easy to find, even with the madness of the Covid outbreak shoppers. Prices were reasonable, store was clean, and workers were friendly.

DO NOT COME LOOKING FOR THE "FRESHER THAN FRESH" PRODUCE BEING PROMOTED BY METRO MARKET aka PICK 'N SAVE. Some one needs to advise this Metro Market of these promotions. The PRODUCE is often literally rotten, laying on the shelves. I guess with shortages, they figure that having bad produce is better than NO produce. The few produce clerks they have are seldom seen on the sales floor, and when they are out... they move like senior citizens or are standing around chatting with other store employees. Today there were many "holes" in the produce dept. I had to ask someone to call a produce clerk to see if they had two of the things they were out of. He went to the back... checked, and as I waited, he came out of the back room... and started having a social conversation with another store employee. After a minute or so of patiently waiting... I approached him, interrupted his conversation... and he said "we dont have any" and went back to his conversation with the other guy. Last week, the clerk was putting new tomatoes on top of the old soft ones that had fruit flies around them. No rotation, no pulling bad stock. I have also noticed a lot of Fruit Flies handing around the dept... so sanitation does not seem to be a priority either. I am aware that everyone is hiring and many people do not like working in "cold" areas of the store. But this is also the FRONT of the store where you walk in.. making a very bad impression. Other parts of the store are not so bad.. a lot of "out of stock" items and again, I understand that with the current supply issues. Check-outs lines... normally long lines of shoppers trying to make purchases... and only one or two registers open. People with $200 dollar orders should not have to be doing self check-out... because the lines are so long... again, hiring issues abound in our area.
