If you want a lot of food for a reasonable price then meadows Is your place. We had a group of 6 and were seated immediately by the hostess. The hostess brought coffee and water for everyone right away. Food took a little long to come out, but it was a lot of food and it was good. Great portions, cheap prices, and nice people. All around a great place for breakfast !

Terrible service, we have been here for almost an hour and a half, and still waiting for the bill.... Food wasn't terrible, but wasn't great. Prices were higher than most family restaurants in the area. Probably won't come again.

Never mind the decor . Wisconsin isn't pretentious. I started going to this diner 1-2x a week during covid hysteria. It was a place for sanity. My husband and I love it. We used to be in the industry when we were young. We know how much work goes into these places and want to support this location and the family. This is a classic Greek owned diner. Best bacon cheeseburger-in the area. Beef is most fresh and has no weird after taste. I also love the monte Cristo and the fried egg and bacon sandwich on croissant. The food is GREAT and its causal and there is no pretense or fuss. All restaurants including this one is short staffed these days so be patient on the staff.

My friend and I stopped in for breakfast yesterday, and we both ordered a veggie omelet. The waitress was a super positive, sweet lady. She put our order in and brought us coffee. The restaurant was not very busy at the time. There were maybe 6 other people besides us. When our breakfast arrived, we noticed the eggs had ham in it, so we told the waitress. She grabbed the plates and went back to the chef/cook. He started cussing and yelling at the waitress and slamming things really loud. We felt terrible. We would have just eaten the Denver omelets, but it wasn't what we ordered and she grabbed them so fast.....Anyway, when our veggie omelets came back from the kitchen they were so overcooked and kind of burned and totally inedible, bland. We couldn't eat it. So, we left hungry because the only things we could eat were the fries (we ordered instead of hashbrowns). And the English muffins. My friend ordered a pancake with glazed blueberries, and that was actually very good. Anyway, we won't go back anytime soon. Cook needs to turn the heat down on his cook top. I'm a foodie and have been practicing making a perfect omelet, and I've learned patience and lower heat is your friend. Maybe it was just a bad day, I don't know, but no one should ever be treated the way the waitress was by the cook. He yelled, cussed, etc. She wasn't the one who made the mistake; it was him. And even if it was her mistake, the cook needs to learn how to treat people because his behavior was terrible, and it came through in his cooking too because his food was terrible.

I judge a restaurant on two things and its not about the owners or petty gripes about dishwashers or waitresses: Quality of food and cleanliness. All the waitresses here are great. The place is clean. I have never had an issue with service. I love the owners. Have grace folks...they are weary as they work hard and had their business dollars stolen from them via the idiots in local and state government shutting restaurants down unnecessarily. They work very hard and that is reason to frequent them. Its called RESPECT. As my values have changed so have my decisions on where I'm going to spend my hard earned dollars. And I choose not to spend them at big box restaurants or fast food places. The food is fresh and quality and the prices are great. I will continue to frequent as long as its open. My favorite meals: 1. Bacon cheeseburger is mine and my husband loves the swissburger. 2. Over easy eggs and sausage links. 3. PancakesHOURS: Monday- Friday 6:30am -3pmSunday: 6:30 am - 2pm

The service was very slow. We waited 35 minutes for our food. The food had no flavor at all. Eggs were over cooked. We both had American skillets and there was only one sausage link in the skillets. The entire plate was hash browns. It was horrible. They charge surcharge fees for using a credit card. The counters were cluttered with random stuff.

I ate at this restaurant when I was visiting Wisconsin a couple of weeks ago, and I really enjoyed it! The service was great, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was peaceful. I had a gyro, and they customized it the way I liked it, even though I forgot to order the feta at first. It looked like there were some regulars there enjoying visiting with each other and the servers who recognized them. I enjoyed talking to Sophia, one of the hard-working owners, who is very nice. This was recommended by a local who enjoys going there often.
