The food was fantastic, portions were amazing, and I'm always a sucker for cheese and crackers at the salad bar LOL! We got the pick 2 for $42 and ended up with the blue gill and ribeye. Incredibly flavorful, fish were crispy, steak was cooked to perfection, and we had leftovers of both so really we got 4 meals for $42 (please don't stop this special!). The ambiance was your typical Midwest supper club. Dimly lit, cozy feeling - and anyone complaining about it clearly isn't a supper club connoisseur .Our waitress was absolutely wonderful - very polite, kind, and generous (offering refills, extra sauces, etc. without us asking), but she did seem to forget about us toward the end of the meal. Had to flag her down for a box, and again for our bill. No big deal.My only complaint is that there is definitely a "regular" crowd that gets some extra attention, which is fine, but as newbies it wasn't particularly welcoming in the beginning (the host/hostess, bartender, etc.).Regardless, will be back.

Met friends there for dinner on a Wednesday night. Place was busy, bar area was packed with people waiting for tables. After an hour wait, finally got seated and greeted by an excellent server. She could tell we were hungry and a little frustrated. Orders were taken promptly.Marty's has a great dinner deal. Two meals for $37 if both meals ordered are under $25, essentially one meal full price, the other half price. The menu is broad with many selections or combos that meet the under $25 threshold. Each meal includes a trip to the salad bar and a warm loaf of bread. The salad bar was average, but contained all the essentials. A member of our group ate about $25 worth of liver pâté off the salad, it must have been good.Our group ordered the following: ribeye steak, ribs, filet with coconut shrimp, seafood platter and two had prime rib which is their specialty. Each entree came with a side. Bottom line, every plate was licked clean. Yes, we were hungry, but the food was very good. A few ribs and a small piece of prime went home in a box along with a loaf of bread. Which, by the way, was excellent - fresh, hot and flavorful. We didn't have dessert.Wifey's meal was a nicely prepared filet and about 6 shrimp. Filet was perfectly prepared and shrimp were probably 21/40s. We both had baked potatoes for a side. I had a slab of blackened prime rib. It was supposed to be the Queen cut but I don't know any queen that could handle it. It was big, it was thick and it was tasty. I ate it but I suffered that night and the next day. Way too much for one sitting.Ok, so why the 4 stars and not five. The server was excellent and the food was good, but the wait was way too long. The restaurant is not huge, but has adequate seating. Somehow they need to limit dinners or increase throughput. I'd suggest maybe having two seatings a night or being a little more creative managing the crowd. Our visit was on a Wednesday, I can't image a Friday or Saturday.Highly recommend without any reservations, but get there early and bring an appetite.

Nice Wisconsin supper club. The food was good and they have a nice salad bar. They provide some warm bread which is excellent. My only complaint is that the wait was really long, about and hour and a half. The perch could have been better too. Otherwise it was an enjoyable night.

It was a VERY busy Saturday night, BUT the staff were amazing and cheerful! Drinks and food were vey good! We had a nice quiet table (away from the bar) for 6. We had a GREAT waitress (Heather)!!I didn't take pictures of the food but orders were broiled haddock, ribeye, bluegill, and tenderloins & scallop combo. Everyone ate every bit...no dog bags needed!We will be back!!!!

Very outdated which wouldn't be a problem if it wasn't for the terrible wait times. Got there at 7 not seated until 8:30. Waiting another 15 minutes for drinks and was after 9 when we got our food. Waitress was friendly and the food tasty. Many fine choices for a Friday night and this is not one of them

Went on a Thursday for the "2 for $33" deal. Very busy place, small bar area to wait. We were told an hour wait but it ended up being over hour and a half. Old fashioned was good. Nice salad bar and two soups to choose from also. Warm loaf of bread served at table. Meal was good -my haddock Oscar & baked baby reds were cold (butter wouldn't even melt on potatoes) but waitress took back to heat up. My friend had the ribeye ($3 up charge on special due to rising meat prices) and was seasoned well & cooked perfect to rare/medium rare. Some tough spots in the steak but overall good. A lot of Italian options on the menu so plan to go back & try those.

Worst Manager Ever. Went there and waited for 45 min for a table. They brought out food for the other people at my table and forgot about mind. Blamed it on a waitress taking my plate. Waited 20 min for it come out. Took it to go as my everyone was done eating. Wanted to talk to manager and Riley comes out and I explain the horrible service and he refused to do anything. Told me too bad so sad. Told me to more less F off. Never again will I be footing step in that place. I never had a manager treat a customer so poorly in my life.

Went to Martys on a Wednesday night for their 2 for 33 special! What an amazing deal! It was very busy and the wait was very long so we sat at the bar and had drinks. All the reviews on the crabby older bartender.... Dead on! Yikes! Got to the table and went right to the salad bar which was fresh and yummy! My husband ordered the large tenderloin and I the crab cakes. The tenderloin was huge and he said it was the best steak he ever had! My crab cakes were just ok, should have went with shrimp trio. Our waitress was amazing and everyone in there was working so hard! Koodos to them! We will be back! Only 4 stars because of wait and that really bad bartender, otherwise 5.
