The restaurant said we didn't call and now I have to go to the place twice we called at 7:47 call lasted about a minute and 22 seconds

We've ordered from this place before and the pizza was excellent. What I didn't care for was the phone service I received, especially as he abruptly hung up as soon as he got my card information, never giving me a time when we'd receive the order. The whiney tone I had during the placing of the order gave me the sense that I was bothering him, and THAT is unacceptable.Good pizza, crappy phone service

Great pizza. Horrible customer service. This place is trash. Who ever the owner is should through these low life adults employees out. This is the 3rd time I call and order pizza. Meal deal #1. Always. Get a attitude from person answering the phone. And they hang up on u. This is garbage. I told him I would go there and beat his a** my wife stop me. But I'm reporting this at all levels. And I recorded the conversation. Shit hole place. Great pizza. But i prefer a shit pizza then a horrible experience.

Love their pizza. It is the sauce and lots of topping. We love this place. We ordered pick up. The staff is always friendly and pizza is hot. Great job and awesome taste!

This happened a little bit ago, but I'm still stewing over it, so I'm going to post about how horrible our last experience with Marco's on 27th St was.Long time customers at both the 84th and Lisbon location and the 27th and College location. We ordered a pizza, confirmed the order because it was a "half includes this, half includes that" kind of pie - some of us don't like a topping, one of us is allergic to the other topping. Pizza arrives and it's wrong. We call to tell them, and we were treated with absolute disrespect and rudeness. I'm actually in shock at how the guys on the shift that night treat their customers. This sums it all up - In the rudest tone "so what do you want me to do about it?" We just want the pizza we ordered, we say. Conversation goes like this:"So what do you want me to do about it?""We just want our pizza - the pizza the way we ordered it. We aren't trying to be difficult." "Well I took the order and I know what you said.""We confirmed the order with you three times to make sure that it was right and...."Guy interrupts us and says, "Fine, I'll remake it", he says and hangs up on us.Then, they call us back to tell us how we were wrong and ordered the pizza incorrectly, they made exactly what we ordered (even though we did explain and confirm the order multiple times) and they will remake the pizza but it's going to be a really long time before it is delivered - no time actually specified - before they bring the new one out. We were literally told, "We don't know when you'll get it so you'll get it when you get it." We had just waited an hour for this wrong pizza. When asked how long might it be there was no answer, but we could go pick it up ourselves if we didn't want to wait. And they also wanted the messed up pizza returned. So we headed off to pick up the remade one with the one they messed up since they wanted it back. We've worked at some name brand pizza places and as servers, hostesses, and bartenders over the years throughout high school, college and after, and I know if we had ever mouthed off to a customer like that we would have been fired. I understand that everyone has an off day, but we had two different phone conversations to discuss the incorrect pizza and talked with two different people at store in those two conversations, and both were ridiculously rude. There is no excuse for that. And there is no reason for it either. There was no respect for us not just as customers but as people. They went out of their way to be rude - They called us back to ridicule us and tell us that we were wrong and they were right. For almost twenty years and at least four hundred pizzas we've ordered between the two locations, we won't be customers of Marco's any longer.

I was going to order a pizza at the S 27th location in Oak Creek. I could see the kitchen from where I was standing. NONE and I mean NO ONE had gloves on when preparing the pizza. I will not be eating there, ever. I cannot unsee what I saw.

The service and quality has gotten to the point where we no longer order food from Marco's. I've been going there for 20 years but my last few experiences will probably be the last. We've picked up pizzas that weren't cooked long enough and had a huge pool of grease in the middle. The last order was this disgusting Marco Rollo, it went in the trash. I just can't see giving it another shot. The last four times I ordered I probably spent $150 and every time the food was horrible. It's really sad this used to be our go to place.

Save your time and money. Just wasted 45 minutes of my time that I'll never get back. I called to place an order and the man taking the order was rude, dismissive, and lacked any competent level of customer service. I show up to the place and they have no record of my order. The guy never sent the order through lol unbelievable. It's amateur hour at Marco's, spend your money elsewhere.

While picking up my pizza the employee in the back was mocking and laughing at me for asking a question about my order. I realized upon arrival that I never gave my name for the order. I stated this to an employee, and he stated caller ID gave them my name. I laughed and said oh awesome! This is when the employee Neal( I believe) began laughing at me and mocking my comments. The individual at the counter kept laughing as well. Very rude and horrible customer service. The pizza was great too! Sadly this will be my first and last purchase due to this rude employee.
