Mara's Grill

First off, the guacamole is some of if not the best I've had in Milwaukee! The service was great and very quick. What I had was so good I want to try everything else on the menu soon! Can't recommend the guacamole enough!

I have fantastic food there and the owners are super people and they give you plenty of quality and quantity for your money the food is fantastic As I said, the food is worth going to definitely great

I love little hole in the wall spots with amazing food and that's exactly what Mara's is...had the Al Pastor tacos and they were excellent. Much more meat than other places and the onions and cilantro were perfect. My daughter had the chicken chimichangas and they were great as well, lot of meat inside with melted cheese. Service was super friendly and although small, the place was clean and very nice inside. Finally, some of the best salsa around too, very good! Will be back!

We've ordered delivery several times trying the Mexican and Guatemalan cuisine and were pleased with each order. Excellent!

Ordered delivery for a Saturday lunch. Carne asada burrito was huge. Stuffed with steak, onions, lettuce, pico de gallo and sour cream. Three soft shell El Pastor tacos had well seasoned and sauced pork, onions and cilantro. Both meals were served with rice and beans. Apple dumplings for dessert with ice cream in a separate freezable container. Meals were plentiful and delicious. Delivery was quick and courteous. These 1st time customers will order again and share what a wonderful experience was had with this gem!

I loved my meal here. It was fresh, well made, delicious and Mara was so kind. The salsa was the best I've had in MKE, the chips were delicious, and she made me a vegetarian burrito that was seriously one of the best I've had. I even liked that she came out of the kitchen and asked me how the meal was. Hopefully enough people will hear about her place so she can get a bigger dining room with ambience. But for now, I want to spread the word that Mara knows how to make seriously great food.

We have gotten to go orders a few more times and every time we can't get over how good the steak is. The quality is better than I've found at any other Mexican restaurant - so tender, no rough chewing, and delicious seasoning.

It's definitely a small business & mostly take out, but Maras is a must try. I suggest the Pollo mole, which has a rich chocolate flavor like no other. My husband loves the spicy chille rellano. The prices are good and service is always with a smile.

Excellent food! The flauta's were great. I don't order fried food often but these were not greasy & still moist, not fried to a crisp.Love Mara's

The food was so yummy! I thought the rice & beans could of used a little more flavor but mixed with everything else & the fresh salsa it was too good! Definitely will go back to try more dishes! The people there are friendly & accommodating. A little small seating but there is a few outside seating areas. A must try!
