I wish i could leave a negative review. This is going to sound like I lie but this is literally what just happened. Just walked in with a buddy and my gf, the bartender "Wes" kicked us out for literally nothing. None of us are drunk, gf went to bathroom, asked bartender"can I get a coors light and miller light please", and he says he doesn't like my demeanor and tells me to leave. Now I moved here for California and handed him my ID. It seemed to me that's why he didn't like me because I wasn't local, my buddy who got his drink asked him what the problem was, the bartender then kicked him out too, this was the time my gf was coming back from the bathroom and asked what the problem was, she was kicked out because she was " Guilty by association. By this time it's clear we are leaving sense there are more options of bars near by, but as we are leaving the locals at the bar stop yelling to just leave and get out because we aren't wanted, even though they all witnessed we did nothing wrong. Other people seemed as confused as we were, but it was clear we were not welcome because of where we were from. Also keep in mind, me and my buddy served together in the marines, but this how they like to treat their veterans.Called the bar asking to speak to the manager. Wes answers the phone and says "I am the fucking manager" 1, we know this is not true. 2, who cusses at a customer on the phone. He then hands the phone to a local to pretend to be the manager, this is very obvious.Now I'm 30, and this is the worst customer service I've had in my entire life

Its been a Blue Moon or two since I walked in this joint! The length of the Bar itself is the equivalent of running a marathon from one end to the other. More noticeable if you need to make a "pit stop" along the way!A place where locals would come to smoke the livin' shit out of cigarettes and peel money to play the pull tabs and poker machines. The cigarette stench would follow you out the door like a storm cloud and stink up the fine Corinthian leather in your car. Yep, it was that bad! Cheap drinks, strong pours and a cigarette machine...a good racket while it lasted!Thanks to "Mr. Clean" that's no longer the case. The vibe has changed a bit and the smoking crowd has faded along with many of the raspy voiced barkeeps. Ahh, the power of tobacco.Main Street Tap is a top-shelf dive bar in an unassuming small town setting; I actually miss the "Wheel of Meat" fundraisers!

My boyfriend and I came here with a friend on a Saturday night and had the WORST experience. Neither of us hd had any alcohol yet and we're tossed out based on the way that we were dressed. Once we arrived I had gone to the bathroom and came out to being called "guilty by association" for nothing that happened. Fellow guests at the bar agreed that nothing occurred and that the bar tender was actively judging us all based on appearance, which is illegal. When I asked what my boyfriend and our friend had done in the minute or two that I had been in the restroom, the bartender Wes had no answer for me and was instead very rude and irrational. I will NEVER return here and am pleased that the bar will not receive any money from us. Do NOT go here.

Extremely clean dive bar serving the best tasting bloody mary I've ever had. The bartenders and locals really make you feel at home.

Favorite bar! Always open and always busy. The best nights to go are when Wess is bartending!

Ordered wings here for the first time and I would never order again. The wings had a red color yo them but absolutely no flavor.. we ordered the Buffalo wings.

Good service. Other patrons were friendly but I objected to "bar talk". Went for advertised food but too bland for me. No cooked sweet peppers.

The people at this bar feel like home. They serve you with open arms!! The bartenders and the small town vibe IS WHAT makes this bar AMAZING. Highly recommend to visit here if you have the chance.
