Main Moon

I'll give a quick little review.This place is a McFarland staple. And the foods great. Fast. The service is straight to the point, accurate and efficient. It's very similar to a few places in Madison, but this place has a medium size inside seating. Which a couple came in when I was waiting, the guy sang "Main Moon Time." It also doesn't have the Madison prices! Which is great. The crab Rangoon were great. You got 8 for about $9. And the plates were about $9.95 I think. And you got a main dish. Fried rice and an egg roll. Which were amazing, well seasoned. Hot. Sauced. Only think I noticed when waiting was the place, the interiors was a bit dirty. I could see in where they were cooking. It appeared fine and clean there. But the area where you pick up needed a good vacuum. But this place is solid for takeout.

Always good! I have never had a bad meal from here. Ambience is cute, but it's more of a takeout place than sit down restaurant. Staff is friendly and I've always had good customer service. Plenty for your money!

I have lived in McFarland basically my whole life and Main Moon is a staple! My family and I order it for pick up once every 3ish months. I love it. I get their egg rolls, beef and vegetables. My daughter gets sweet and sour chicken (10/10 so good!) and my mom gets General Taos which is also very good. Their broccoli is the best.

Really nice staff and great food. The food selection is very Americanized, but this place really hits the spot if you are in the area or if you are a McFarland resident.The price is right and good portions too.

Solid Chinese take out. Can't ask for more outside of needing a delivery service.Wings are good, fried rice is good, beef and broccoli is done nicely. General tso is solid.

This place is one of my favorite Chinese restaurant. The food is good. Similar to Moonstar in Oregon. Great price btw.

I am not a fan of Chinese food in general... However, Main Moon delivered a clean, welcoming atmosphere and fresh, delicious food. I would definitely stop again when in McFarland. This is a gem in Suburbia; It's a great alternative to driving into Madison.

The ambiance isn't the best, but the food and service is excellent. I eat there once a week at least for the last 10+ years.

I think Main Moon is the best Chinese Food Ever! Great enjoyable and fast and wallet friendly!

Good food, fast service, standard ambiance for a restaurant that focuses on carry out with plenty of seating. Prices good, would recommend
