Maharaja Grocery

I am very disappointed by how ridiculously I was overcharged! There were two items that were on the shelf without a price tag - one was a plastic container of methi (typically about $2.50 elsewhere) and the other a jar of pickle (usually about $3.50). The owners charged me $7 for each item! The methi tasted off, like it was dried from what should have been discarded from their produce section. I definitely won't be going back after this.

Maybe the management has changed at this little grocery, but nothing I bought was expired and the woman running the place sold me on some of her homemade spinach paneer. I got some garlic naan to go with it and I am eating it now. It is delicious. I also got some Tiger Balm, Vicco ayurvedic toothpaste, and Vicco turmeric cream for scars... as well as some Indian Coke (?) called Thums Up. The prices for all items were very reasonable. Yes, they also sell liquor. I liked this store a lot and will return; I've always been an ethnic grocery store lover... :)

This store needs to be shut down. The owners wipe the expiration date on food and rewrite it. They sell disgusting old food and also use rotten vegetables at their restaurant. Recently i bought some groceries, i actually found maggots in spices. Not only that, they over charged me. ZI don't know how long this store has been opened but it does need to be reported to authorities.

Customer service was excellent and they had a great variety of products, however, I was definitely overcharged.

Overcharged. Prices were not on the boxes of Shan seasoning. They are normally $2 elsewhere.Was charged $7 each.Rip off. Will NEVER go back.
