At no point did I feel neglected or that I was not getting what I wanted. The planning process went super smooth. I feel like the entire staff went above and beyond to suggest small details that would make our event even better. From the small candles and jars of lights they placed around the food, to the decorative boxes they placed around the cake that they let us bring in and they supplied the plates and silverware. They have done this a time or two so their input was greatly appreciated!

Matty's and M Catering did a wonderful job with an event we planned and had them cater. They were able to accommodate any changes needed and went the extra mile to ensure it was a huge success. Food was awesome as was their staff!! Great job and they come highly recommended.

We used M Catering for a church event and found the staff extremely helpful and the food was absolutely EXCELLENT! Some of the best Beef Brisket I have ever tasted! If you choose M Catering your event will be amazing and stress-free. They catered our company boat cruise with MKE Boat Line. Everyone loved the food and went back two or three times. The customer service was so far above and beyond my expectations. They took care of every detail and made sure everyone went through the buffet and was pleased. They walked around the boat offering assistance and cleaning up. The guests were just able to relax and not worry about anything. As the host, the planning was a breeze. The menu options were diverse and they helped me to make selections that would appeal to our guests.Overall, everyone was impressed and very pleased. As a host, I couldn't have asked for a more perfect partner in planning and executing our company event.

It's been about a month since my wedding and I'm still hearing about mishaps with the caterer's from my guests. To start from the beginning, I heard about M Catering through a coworker who's family/friend works there. The booking process was going great. Our trial/tasting was amazing and we were so excited to book with Matty's. Our event got handed off to a different manager a couple months before our wedding and that's when things started to get a little frustrating. It took me multiple calls and emails to get the company to touch base with our venue manager. The day before our wedding, right in the heat of me running around like a crazy person setting up, I received a phone call suggesting we switch one of our sides from rice to vegetables so we aren't serving "all carbs." I thought that while that was a helpful suggestion, it was incredibly last minute. Turns out those "fresh vegetables" that she suggested via phone conversation ended up being what was clearly canned peas and carrots. As for the rest of the food (we gave our guests a choice between chicken or beef) it looked like something that came from a high school cafeteria. This great meal that I hyped up to friends and family completely fell flat. (I will say that they did a fine job of catering to our vegan guests). A lot of the guests were not served the sauce with their chicken, the beef stroganoff was mostly noodles, and bread was only served to some of the tables. On top of that, an entire table of family who traveled across the country to attend our wedding, was forgotten. They were served their dinner quite late once the staff realized their mistake and the bottom of the mashed potatoes were browned and crispy from the warming trays. So. Embarrassing. I just feel like when you spend thousands of dollars to cater a wedding and include table service, there shouldn't be this many hiccups.
